Welcome to today's video, in this video i'm working on a Atlas Copco portable air compressor. This is a diesel powered screw compressor. The error that I was getting was 6388 vessel pressure to low to load. this problem here was that the oil separator element was suppose to be changed at 1000 hours, but with coming up at 1700 plus hours it was starting to cause some issues. As you could see from the video that it was extremely dirty.

There was a cheap place out in eastern Canada that sold really good quality compressor air filters I'll see if I can dig the name up, it's been a few years. I used to work for a compressor distributor for a few years and we got all of our stuff from them. They were great to deal with and even had all the crossover lists for the major players.

Great video Jerry that filter was dirty. Cant believe that it costs that much. The tow behind IR's compressor at work are 3/4 of that price.
But being a AC i can see it.

Welcome. There is a problem with the compressor of the Atlas Copco GA11. The pressure drop reaches 5.8 bar, it does not rise more. Possible reason?

hi , im facing an issue air compressor ( caterpillar engine ) , and console atlas capco xc 2002. Engine was running smooth and load only at 5.5 bar but every time i try to adjust the regulator to increase load to 8 bar the engine was shutdown. Is there any idea for me to solve my issue ? really appreciate to hear from you.

Coils create a magnetic field that moves a internal valve. When the coil energized it would just slide forward, for whatever reason the end cap is MIA so zip tie it is
