Almost 10-15 times...I personally used it and I have used that highlights wala pack and I have used it for 3 times because I coloured only 3-4 strands of my hair

Yes you can!!
It depends on your hair colour.
For dark hair (Black or dark brown), colouring in lighter shades is difficult.
It will typically come out a darker color of what you chose to dye your hair.
For lighter natural hair like light brown or even blonde or other colours, it is easier to dye your hair in different colours without bleach as the colours will mostly be darker and more evident in your hair.

I actually tried this too..after bleaching the colour was as same as vidhi..but then when i coloured it to blue it came back to black..can you help me out if possible?
