Anupam never gets angry like this, but his anger is justified Vineeta shouldnt have done that, from the start Aman was like Me and Vineeta despite knowing the deal between Anupam and Vineeta. Piyush had a justified point about what will he bring and what they needed in the business. Anupam moved out himself coz Vineeta was not able to tell him but she really wanted Anupam out after the Pitchers put forward their request, One should always respect the deals, Srry but what Aman and Vineeta did was totally wrong.

Their pitch was good. Their knowledge was good.
But what let them down was rightly said by Anupam. The moment Peyush agreed with 3% deal for 65L there was arrogance visible in the face of Yushika (pink hair wali) at 14:55.
She didn't want Peyush to invest in her company even though Peyush made very sensible points and hence, that arrogance and disinterest from her face was visible.
Meanwhile, Anupam was left out. What started out as Anupam-Vineeta, changed to Aman-Vineeta and so on. But what Hammer was to Aman's boAt, Paradyes is somewhat similar to Sugar Cosmetics' future product lines. Hence, Vineeta was so desperate to get into this deal. Even if Vineeta hadn't envisioned this at the time of the pitch, surely she has the capabilities to expand into hair dye sector.
Partnering with Peyush would've been a better option for Paradyes. The Lenskart x Paradyes partnership makes much sense.
Also, as mentioned by Anupam, the pitchers clearly enjoyed the dirty game. Similar, situation could've been noticed in S01 Revamp Moto's pitch as well, but the pitchers of Revamp didn't play a dirty game unlike these two.
I don’t think the pitchers did anything wrong. They are giving their equity, they have the right to pitch what they want. Anupam’s ego got hurt because of how Aman tried to get Vinita, and how Vinita did not refuse Aman. Also i think peyush is right, Vinita will obviously go ahead with her own hair colour brand as here she only has 1 percent equity.

As shown during the discussion between both the co-founders, they were ready to dilute 4% of their company. To tackle with the shark fight what they could have done was counter offering 65L for 4% or just in case they want to reserve their valuation 1.3Cr for 4% and go for all the four shark (excluding Namita) deal.
