I love how you explain the different crochet stitches. Your the one who taught me! I could not do a stitch and never held a crochet hook til I was 57! Thanks hun xx
I've just finished my first triangular shawl as per your instructions. It was so easy so I'm going to progress onto the shell stitch shawl. Since watching your videos my square and rectangular blankets stay in shape. Thank you.
I love this pattern. I made one in green for my sister in law and she loved it. The light to medium weight yarn makes it hang beautifully. Love all the colors perfect for the spring and summer months.
Thanks Rebecca it's nice to go back to basics.. Love the simplicity of the granny.. Your such a great teacher I always go. To you for ideas.. Lovely.colours..i am currently working. On your ctc granny in lots of colours and it's huge.. So thanks for that too.. I am doing them for charity... Many blessings..
Rebecca - I very much enjoy your tutorials! I have made one of your granny square blankets and a rectangle granny blanket. Now making this lovely shawl. Would you do a tutorial on how to make a shawl with pockets? I have had a request for one and I enjoy your work. Continued best of luck to you! And, thank you!
Hi Rebekah This is lovely and the tutorial is great as always from you. Thanks for sharing this with us. Take care Hugs Amanda from Lincolnshire xxxx 🥀🥀🥀
Hello, another great video. I’d like to add a border. Do I go around and make single crochets first? Could you guide me through a tutorial that I could use for a border.
Beautiful Beautiful shawl, love it ... Will definatly make for my friend as we heading into winter in Australia might even make for myself too, I just love it, Thank you very much Rabecca for the Tutorial. I'm finishing the kisses and O s blanky just waiting for the border,if you can provide a tutorial on border for that...much appreciated lovely Rabecca God bless you.......🙏💜
So glad you like it ☺️ With regards to the border, you could add absolutely any border you like to that blanket, you’d just need to put a foundation border on first of U.K. double crochets - but then you can build absolutely any border that you like the look of 🌸
I found a shawl while clearing out my aunt’s apartment, it must have been 50 years old, originally white it’s now yellowed. It’s this exact pattern & whilst I’ve made shawls with much more complicated patterns I really wasn’t sure exactly how to start a replicate shawl without a pattern to follow. So thank you very much for this..
As a point of curiosity, once you have created the triangle, could you amend the two turning ends to granny stitch all 3 sides and still keep the triangle shape?

This is working up great the only change I made is I used the magic circle. Love working the patterns you present 😊
Thanks so much! 🌸
Lovely!!. I hear your cat...❤❤❤
Apologies for that! She’s so vocal at the moment 🐾 🌈
@@BlossomCrochet
Oh that's ok...I love hearing furbabies...
I think your cat wants your attention
Love the pattern but confused on 1) when to chain 1 or 2; and when to chain 1 and add an extra DC?
As a point of curiosity, once you have created the triangle, could you amend the two turning ends to granny stitch all 3 sides and still keep the triangle shape?

My cat is listen to yours talk
Oh bless 🐾 ❤️
Do you have a cat?
I do indeed, and she’s very vocal sometimes!
@@BlossomCrochet Hehe, okay, then it wasn't my imagination, my cat also reacted to it 😹
