“How many feet are in a yard?”
“Twelve!”
😂😂😂
Mike G I WAS JUST ABOUT TO COMMENT THAT SHIT HAD ME DYINGGG
to be fair, anytime you ask a question like that and the correct answer is not a power of ten, then your underlying system is flawed ;P
which is not to say that twelve isnt a horrendously bad guess, still -.-
"That 100 yard dash is a mothaf*cka!" LOL
erbgorre my god youre not smart
@@duke7424 yea, his answer jus turned into a mile run
Danny Woodhead had an awesome career in the NFL... great job
Another guy the Jets were kind enough to give the Pats for free... Thanks guys
I mean, when you have LT.....
Nathanael Heil And Greene was solid
FACTS lmao
InstaBlaster.
pats suck balls now tho. mac jones is a fking joke
We love king ugly carrying over from first season of Hard knocks. The Ravens coaching staff that year was unreal
fr. so many incredibly talented coaches. really really impressive that a team like that was put together, immaculate staff management
king ugly is definitely freaking awesome lol. funny as heck
Brian Billick is eternally underrated. He was an outstanding head coach in Baltimore.
That magician took his hot fiancée with him to a nfl training camp. Dude must be packin a foot long to be that brave!
Hahaha
Redeemed his Career going to New England and Was fortunate enough to Play in the Super Bowl
If ya haven't picked up on it, Belicheck regularly fills his last spot on a depth chart from a division rivals offense. Woodhead and Hogan are two strong examples
Alot of teams do this to gain terminology, tendencies, next Belicheck is just the master of it.
@@patricklawton8135 Hogan is the most overrated WR of all time
Nice pic, Ben Coates one of my all time favs
@@kd9262 Appreciate it Bro
Had no idea Anthony Lynn was the RB coach, that's crazy
"I would've traded'em for a night off" 💀💀💀🤣🤣
Jets were crazy to release Woodhead. He was a monster.
Quote of the Show
"Let him open up his pizza stand in the bronx and leave me alone" 😂😂😂😂😂😂 Cutthroat old man
That’s Mike Jackoff for us.
Doesn’t seem like he showed his players any respect.
That was a hell of a story by the special teams coach!
Danny Woodhead lmao jets didn’t know what they really had
BostonSportsFan it’s Rex Ryan what do you expect he couldn’t see a great offensive player if 100 people told him
Even if they kept him they wouldn't know what to do with him it was actually a good thing he got cut
guys.. you actin like he cut freakin darren sproles or something. woodhead was an average back at his absolute best.. which was only for a couple seasons.
Thing is Rex knee has so many quotes about how reliable Danny is and how he can play anywhere and make any play yet he decides to cut him cause he probably doesn’t want a 5’8 white running back. Let’s be real that’s what it is
You all would’ve done the same thing, not to mention woodhead is at his best an average player
Damn, you know your captain and best dlineman respects you when he carries you soldier style on his back to the cart.. that was cool to see again and think about it in retrospect.
Danny put on a show that preseason game ! I was always a fan since then
Upload them all! Love hard knocks
Great content nfl throwbacks is the best nfl channel in the world
Comment that you liked
Dennis Thurman was a headhunter back in the day with the cowboys
We just gonna ignore the dude picking up a 6'7 360lb dude while holding a drink in the other hand.
Kris Jenkins is a beast!
Fireman's carry is meant for that so it's not that big of a shocker
Jenkins was a fucking animal.
@@osu5inarow I agree, Ropati was like 6’8 I believe, and even though he was probably over 300 pounds here, being tall meant he had a low center of gravity. It’s the short, fat guys that are harder to lift. Kris Jenkins is a monster, though
LOL "Some of those guys cant play dead in a B western!" -Ryan
Please post more of these hard knocks episodes! Great video!
Appreciate the videos man! Bringing back so many memories
Man Matt Mulligan looks exactly like Kyle Rudolph.
Wow, you learn something new everyday, the jets had danny woodhead but cut him...
Broo I died laughing, they did 40 dirtyyyyy🤣
This was such a fun coaching staff. Rex, Westhoff and Pettine. Liked Dennis Thurman, too
RIP Joe McKnight
Woodhead is from my home state, not too many talents gets recognized in Nebraska. Blessing that he got his chance at something big like this
He’s from my home high school. Absolute monster
Mark Brunell being on the Just for Men had me weakkkk
I grew up in the town Danny played college ball....he was fun to watch live.
He is my favorite player ever
Westhoff was a damn good coach
Hes a prick lol
Special teams coaches are some of the best coaches.
He was such an underrated part of this season
@@anthonyhutchins676 No he isn't you millennial little bitch. He's one of the best motivational leaders there was/has been.
@@adonisllamawut8210 you can shut up too millennial
The Jets could have had Woodhead. (spoiler alert, they cut him).
Ger Rit
I played against Woodhead in college definitely one of the best I’ve ever seen in person that guy was a show
Who was they gon cut that year
All the other RBs other than LT were worse.
Idek why the jets coaching staff is acting like they’re any good 😂
@@huntermiller2867 When you get paid millions of dollars you make the delusion as such lol.
27:28 that’s our Wisconsin boy! Back at UW as our DC. Much love Jimmy
"Make revis show up"..
I burst out laughing
This entire Jets coaching staff's obsession with the 'hard hit' as the key to winning is bewildering
For all of you saying Danny Woodhead was an average player…you have to look at it like this…he was a change of pace, pass catching RB, a really good 3rd down back, which aren’t easy to find. He’s a guy that won’t give you 30 carries a game for 16 games, but can start here and there when called upon, and is perfect for a hurry up O when your team needs to speed it up. I’d def take 12 rush’s for 50 and 6 grabs for 35 yards. Guys like this also have a knack for finding the first down marker and can make that second or third move to get there. GREAT teams need GOOD players like that. Hence when he went to the Pats he was utilized perfectly and went on to have a really good career.
The G.M. now says cutting Danny Woodhead was the biggest mistake he ever made cutting a player.
Not really lol. Woodhead was pretty good but he didn't have an mazing career
@@lambdalambdalambda257 lmao okay. You’re the type of person to go off of highlights and stats. Dude was 5’9 putting linebackers on their ass had more heart then anyone combined on that team.
@@blackdonaldtrump3869 ok? Does having heart or putting linebackers on their ass amount to touchdowns and championships?
@@blackdonaldtrump3869 Darren Sproles>Woodhead.
Shorter. Longer career. Less injuries. More production. More Championships.
@@lambdalambdalambda257 you don’t know shit about football😭🤣
37:30 tip toeing out of unemployment
Felt that during quarantine 😂
Great actors in New York
Lmao Sanchez in a Taco Bell hat
why is he Waring that dose he work there
Joseph Garino nice spelling
He should be working at Taco Bell, he was hot garbage in that Panthers game. The Jets team in 2010 was Super Bowl caliber, at every position except the most important one, the quarterback..
Danny wood definitely make it 2day!
Make revis show up lmao
God how many good players did these Rex Ryan Jet teams cut..
5:27 😬 that did not age well as of 2020
i went looking for this comment
😂😂😂
Joe Theismann calling him Danny Woodcock is a classic clip.
R.I.P Joe McKnight
R.I.P for sure
Woody Johnson was only showing up because this was on HBO
19:35 I thought they made water boarding illegal. Hahaha 😂!
Jets are so comical
Number 77 a beast for picking up that Samoa 6’8 giant on he’s back foreal
35:24 - God, I love Rex
25:15 Rookie Show
35:15 look at the excitement in rex' face and voice
They did keep him on the practice squad for the year, and he played games at slot reciever this season. They forgot to mention that...
Between eating a hot dog on the sideline and eating a Reese’s with a Taco Bell hat on, I’m now sure Mark Sanchez didn’t give a single fuck about his diet as a pro
38:24 NOPE 😂😂
This is the type of rookie hazing a team needs.
*_Some of these guys can't play dead in a B-Western_* I miss Rex
“I’d have traded him for a night off” hahahahahahaha
Three ways to not be a jet 🤣 gold
34:01 the high school football coach when your just a JV player and your watching your varsity team loose by 50 and havent gotten one second of playing time and u start to zone out for 5 seconds standing there on the sidelines
So crazy.. I'm getting for sure because I remember vividly playing Madden 2011 and did a fantasy draft franchise mode and drafted mangold early. Guy was so massive in the game especially for a center.. and I remember also taking note of how young he was...12 years later he's 5 years deep in retirement
They water boarded this guy with baby powder and Gatorade, after completely tying him up cause he talked back to coach. Love that
37:48 Wait, who is that trying to make that "tackle"?? I thought it was the punter at first but then the punter is #7 and is still running
Haha if it’s not the punter has to be the long snapper. At end of play you can see a gloveless number 44 come into frame and that’s the long snapper and the diver I think.
Vernon Gholston saving his career omegalul
im thinkin with the amount of danny woodhead comments in this section that i must be thinking of a different danny woodhead. i figured we were talkin about the one who played for the jets.. then the pats.. and finished with san diego. i wish i would have gotten to watch the guy y'all are talkin about.
jon gruden uses danny woodhead tapes to teach his running backs how to block.
Upload the Eagles Hard Knocks
Rex coaches like how I do my madden franchise team, it doesn’t work logically but it’s enjoyable to watch lol
And what's that
its so creepy that the owner is there trynna be one of the boys
If HBO wasn’t there, he wouldn’t be either lol
Damn RIP Joe
I want that snow globe with the golf ball in it
Just work hard, focus, and don't stop believing and maybe you can be the owner of one someday
RIP Joe McKnight ✊🏻
Forner top recruit in the country in 2007
Considering the season Woodhead had in 2009 with them stepping up after Cotchery and Brad Smith got hurt and the skills he possessed i’m still surprised Jets cut him after week 1 of the 2010 season. Oh well dude had a great NFL career regardless.
Ya smith god a big $ from buffalo to be a gadget guy
RIP JOE KNIGHT
What time in the video does it feature Woodhead. I dont feel like bingeing rn
Straight up cut him because he’s 5’8
He looks like a young pothead that walked onto a football field and was like, "Meh, guess I'll play then, since I'm already here."
Such a great reminder that the majority of these players are just playing a game in a meaningless manner where their results will not be remembered.
I want Brian Schottenheimer as my HC
Funny coaches lol.
New York " I'll cut you " jets
8:15 - lol
#40 Brian Jackson was Lamar Jackson and Patrick Mahomes mixed together and the Jets had a chance at a dynasty.
oLex Kaotic haha cause he could throw 80 yards?
We Should've kept Woodhead
Make a video of Jets Jaguars 1998 playoffs or Jets Patriots 2010 playoffs!!!
It’s out already
Joe Signorino which one and where?
Triple b Berfield type in Richard waldrup
Joe Signorino o yeah. I think I watched that video and liked it but NFL Throwback posting it is better
Triple b Berfield ok yeah I know
That coach be on they ass lol
Watch the bengals training camp and watch the jets what team would u wanna play for. So loose environment having fun, that’s why they were good.
And of course I’m talking on the defensive side of the ball they rly carried them
5:26. coach started Covid.
Was like ‘did he just predict covid ?’🤣
COACHING IS LIKE BEING A SALESMAN
Not a bad analogy, at least for some of the bad ones
Gawd damn, I miss Kris Jenkins.
They cut woodhead for joe McKnight
Joe McKnight showed a lot of potential. Maybe Joe McKnight could have been even better in the Patriot's system
Logan Nowicki doubtful Danny was perfect for new england
34:05 i wish Garrett would get that real with his players.
New York Jets uniform is away white jersey and home uniform green jersey from 1978 through 1993 era
Most AFC teams wear the bold jersey at home, and the white jersey away. Sometimes they switch it up, but yeah.
Jontae Grace oh yeah
Please upload Jets vs Patriots week 13 2010 the 45-3 blowout and the playoff game the jets miraculously won. I remember jet fans excitement for that week 13 game like it was yesterday. And the playoff win in Foxboro by the jets will never happen again so we need it here on TH-cam
I think both teams were 10-1 going into the game too
To be a good coach. You gotta be patient with the player's.
bruh y’all act like woodhead turned into a ball of famer. he wouldn’t had saved the jets damn. dude was a cog in the system. not even trynna take nothin away from dude he was solid
I didn’t see Danny one time in the video
Total jets move to cut woodhead. I've known the guy since I was a kid and I idolized him at North Platte high school. He may not be the biggest but he is a hardworking and skilled player with a genius football IQ. The guy used to mow my family's yard back in the day for extra cash😂
I’m from NP too haha. I loved watching him play at the high school.
28:30 Lmfaooo
