The ESP8266 ESP01 relay module ideal for smart homes and Internet of Things projects to control lighting and heating. The ESP8266 ESP01 relay is programmed with the FLProg IDE as Modbus TCP server and controlled with a client HMI Modbus mobile app. Each ESP8266 ESP01 is configured in the HMI Modbus app as Modbus servers. The HMI Modbus mobile app controls the ESP8266 ESP01 relay to switch on or off a light bulb. You can control many of these ESP8266 ESP01 modules around your apartment with the HMI Modbus App to switch on and off your lighting, heating, and lots more.

how to change this sketch to see the real status fo relay on screen? I mean on your screen you have a button and when you tap on in the status of relay has changed, but you can`t see the status on your screen. But I need to see the status on screen. How to do the button like "ON" "OFF" and status changing while tap on the button?

Modbus RTU or TCP can be configured for Arduino and ESP8266. Modbus RTU or serial requires cable and can also use WiFi when configured as RTU over TCP. Modbus TCP also uses Ethernet twisted pair cable and can also use WiFi as was done in the WiFi
Each of them have their respective advantages and disadvantages depending on the area of usage and cost dependency. But Modbus TCP over WiFi is very convenient.

and let's say if the value on the left channel is higher, turn off relay No. 1, if the value on the right channel is higher, turn on relay No. 2
