    Salut si felicitari pentru ceea ce faci. Este foarte educativ. O observatie as avea, daca imi permiti, pentru a nu induce urmaritorii in eroare, cand un MOSFET "inchide" circuitul, inseamna ca el coduce curentul electric. Cand se "deschide", inseamna ca intrerupe circuitul. Mult succes!

      Salut. Observatiile sunt bine venite. Da, partea cu "inchide" sau "deschide" circuitul are tendinta sa se subinteleaga altceva. Probabil trebuia sa folosesc alte cuvinte. Explicatia data de tine e corecta. 🙂 Mersi de completare.

    Buna, ce echivalent recomandati pentru IGBT YGW40N65F1.nu gasesc in tara.multumesc

      Salut. Din pacate nu am experienta practica in privinta IGBT. Stiu ca e un hibrid intre tranzistor bipolar si tranzistor mosfet cu o disipare termica muult mai mica. YGW40N65F1 sa gaseste foarte usor pe aliexpress. Insa, nu bag mana in foc in privinta calitatii lor. Probabil ai un invertor, ce face conversia de la 12/24 Volti curent continuu ;a 230 Volti curent alternativ. Intreaba pe elforum, sunt oameni de treaba pe acolo. Mai ales domnul @Validae. Imi pare rau ca nu am putut sa te ajut.

      @@FVEBlog IT-PSI Pro 220v 50Hz 24v-3000watt scoate 160v în loc de 220v este nou,lam desfacut si am gasit 1 buc in scurt

    Romana: Salut! Trebuie sa corectez un lucru. In momentul masurarii diodei (dintre drena si sursa) cu multimetrul, nu mai atingeti cu degetul terminalele tranzistorului mosfet. Din pacate nu mai pot corecta aceasta eroare. Va multumesc.

      Salut. Sunt doua diode rapide intr-o singura capsula. Cel de fata fiind cu anod comun(pinul 2). Cu multimetrul setat pe masurare diodelor, intre pinul doi si 1 sau 3 vei masura o cadere de tensiune specific unei diode. Plus pe 2 si minus pe 1 sau 3. Sper ca am fost de folos. 😃

    Profesore ai omis sa mentionezi ca pe langa canal indus exista si canal initial . Hai ca esti tare la corectitudine .

      @@FVEBlog Pai 'omisiunea' asta dezvaluie anumite carente ; nu cred ca cineva merita sa dea lectii cand nici el nu prea stie cum stau lucrurile.
      Concret ,faci montajul de test cu MOSFET cu canal initial si nu stie ce se intampla ca teroria ... de fapt tranzistorul e defect!

      @@PopaAlexandru. nu prea am realizat montaje cu tranzistoare mosfet. Si acelea pe care le-am facut au fost cu mosfet (canal indus). Fiind cele mai raspandite. De astfel, am explicat in descrirea canalului ca nu sunt vreun expert in electronica. Este doar un hobby. 😀 Ma bucur totusi ca mai apar comentarii. Asta inseamna ca oamenii se uita la clipurile mele. Week-end placut va doresc.

      @@FVEBlog Asa o fi dar video espre despre cum se testeaza tranzistorul MOSFET .
      In legatura cu expertul ... teoria e simpla numai ca trebuie sa o sti .Apoi asta e o stiinta exacta .

    De multe ori daca multimetrul este alimentat de o baterie de 9 volti poate incarca si deschide poarta
    Daca aveti multimetru alimentat cu 2 bat.de 1,5 v nu prea merge.

      De acord. Fiecare mod de alimentare pentru fiecare multimetru in parte are avantaje si dezavantaje. Oricum... nu ma deranjeaza ca nu poate masura cum trebuie un tranzistor mosfet.
