    I'm a sucker for aerial footage those are the best views & I've known about the treasure that is🌵🏜🌴⛱🏖🌊🏄🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♀️👒🌞🌝☀️🌅 Baja California & Baja California Sur since I was a child bc I'm originally from SoCal & was basically neighbors at the time & would visit often for weeks at a time with my 👵🏼 grandma.

      That's awesome to hear Judith! So cool to know that you have been privy to the wonder of Baja California for quite some time. :) I too am from SoCal...but it took me many years to get down to Baja Sur and...WOW...it sure was worth the wait! I shoulda got down there a lot sooner to discover more treasures ;)

      @@mrDamianJames Your video was done so well along with the music. When I'm not in Baja and miss the place, I just watch this video over again. A friend of mine owned a place at Punta Chivato and I spent a lot of time in Loreto and Los Barriles. Thanks again for the great video and I will look at some of your others.

    No wonder why Japan and u.s want to buy baja california for 400,000 billions.

      It cause there is a lot of natural resources that the bajas have and unfortunately the government won't support our people to explode them

    • @prime8nate
      @prime8nate 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      To buy land within something like 50 miles of the coast in Mexico you have to be a Mexican citizen. To get around that, foreigners who buy land in these areas have to create a trust with Mexican banks called a fideicomiso. The Mexican bank legally owns the property and the foreigner has to renew this trust every 50 years. In some unusual case where there is a national security issue, the Mexican government could take back the land a foreigner has purchased in Mexico at any time.
      I know the Japanese have an interest in the salt coming out of Guerrero Negro but i kind of find it hard to believe they’re buying up Baja California. I certainly don’t see many tourists from Japan there anyway.
