HOW TO MAKE BEEF ROLL
INGREDIENTS FOR FILLING
Beef - 500gm cook with turmeric powder, pepper powder and salt.
Onion - 3 small
Ginger chopped - 1 tbsp
Garlic chopped - 1 tbsp
Green chilly - 1 finely chopped
Tomato - 1 small
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tbsp ( not full)
Chilly powder- 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder according to taste
Garam masala powder- 1/2 tsp
Oil
For batter
Maida - 2 cup
Egg - 1
Water & salt
Bread crumbs according to need
Egg - 3
