Put it up against the Baysports 705. Standard 225 Yamaha, standard zipp wake tabs, standard drum anchor winch, standard full s/steel canopy, standard electric full flush toilet. Etc etc etc. NO Contest
An american boat this size would have a full head in the console! He talks about the huge fuel range but the lack of storage and facilities on here would surely limit the time on the water
@@christurner68 most american imports have a minimum beam of 2.6m. They are a much bigger boat. As for a full head. I dont think so. enough room to sit and shit in a porta loo. Why are we comparing it to a boat thats not the same dimensions anyway?
@@christurner68 it's not legally trailerable without a permit, which technically limits you to launching in daylight hours. Adr stipulates max legal beam is 2.5m without. I'm sure all Aussie manufacturers would have a 2.59m beam if it was the norm.
Agree be awesome option with a bait station on the transom with the bigger live well no rear cast deck also a rod locker would be nice but still great rig
@@bigbopper9627 I Sure do, that’s why I’ve got an 8.5m Shark Cat. I like em small too, just started a refit on a Markham Whaler 4.9. However my Quinnie is my daily driver and I love the Millennium hull. A man can never have too many boats…….
Other than the space for screens the console is weak, non-existent live bait tank, rear cast deck more annoying than useful, seat looks like it was knocked up at the local tech school but at least it has a decent fuel tank (300L)... I wouldn't buy it. Hooker started making better centre consoles than this side console ten years ago
Damnit! Just started work and saw the Captain's update. Looks like I'll be owing the company 10 minutes.
😂😂😂
These boats are only good on a calm cloudy day, not too sunny and no rain and wind.
Best pair up, the mas boys and the captain
At last a review that gives positive and negative. Thanks.
Great video guys! Awesome boats too 🔥

Just check the fittings, no alignment, minimal sikaflex, parts lose!
Yeah but this boat is targeting a totally different market your comment makes no sense mate.
The price of that Simrad 19-inch i basically 1/10 the price of the entire boat with engine. I don't think many will tick that options box.
Is the side console i saw in the video a couple of times the same boat

@@youngfisho cost! More than double the price, to make that size hull is only about $12k

A T-top would be nice
Had a bigger tank on my yak also no bait board. Looks great but
I fell over when he said the price .... far out
I'd seriously consider buying the centre console model if haines would get with the times and make their boats timber free
Are they still using ply?
@@luke0b708 99% sure - I think you can ask them to use thermolite in the transom though
You can opt for Thermolite build
@@d_onthebitefishing6811 that's good to know... any idea what the price difference is?
@@MrGavo1978 $2100 for that option and only 5 hrs warranty on hull instead of 10
Beautiful boats… buuuut….. 😬🥱. Great brand and great vid.
Where’s the riptide
Creeping into fountain bow lines there
$133K for that I’d rather get Stabicraft.
Fibreglass > ally

hahaha a Angler dont know what bait is😉thought i knew that boat from somewhere
Shmick boat that M.A.S has put together !!!
Great boat but the transom setup and all that wasted space :(
