Fertilizing vegetables for optimal growth | Mixing fertilizer concentrate with rain water

I regularly fertilize my vegetable plants for optimal growth. To prepare the fertilizer, I mix the organic fertilizer concentrate with rain water. The organic fertilizer I use called Dr. Earth Homegrown Fertilizer. It is OMRI listed for organic use.
