What a lousy end, having all three of them beat Gyze. Chrono should've been the one to win while the other two lost. What's the point of having all three of them win. That just makes it look like Gyze wasn't as big a threat.
@@marc3161 Z was fine till the boss. And Reboot currently just sucks when the actions are mostly the same. See how many times they repeated Aichi as Blaster Blade swinging the sword with the same action everytime he rides it. I still play this TCG coz of Misaki and nothing else.
the ending to this fight should have been something like this. Shion and Tokoha both lost to Gyze and everything was down to chrono. both Gyze and Chrono are at 5 damage, Chrono was trying to set up Beyond order dragon but realized he didn't have enough units face up this time. Gyze mocks him saying it's impossible for him to win but then Kiba and Tokoha remind Chrono of what he's fighting for. Chrono then looks down at chronojet then at his G zone and swears he'll land 1 more attack on Gyze no matter what and unlocks Heritage.

I can't tell if this fight was poorly edited by the person who uploaded, or by the Bushiroad team themselves. Can't tell if this is three against one in one game, or three. Sometimes it looks like 7 attacks are done, sometimes one, and sometimes looks like triggers are attacking. Can anyone explain what's going on based on this video?
@@nharviala They were on a tight schedule so you can’t blame them. Pressure and adrenaline, plus on top of falling behind deadlines, it has this effect on any company
G had such a big descended in quality for plot and fights. Triggers became lame. Only seeing crits and heals like common occourence killed suspense. Plot armor is written over all three of these characters. Even if the og show did double crit at end points it wasnt that common. The one trigger to hit moment was more frequent
Season 1 and GZ were fucking sad, but everything in between was on par with the original series. The true trainwreck was V series, who wanted to see Aichi do the same thing again, but worse?
Now Gyze is worse in Zero given the nerfs to him. On the bright side, mirror matches are the only thing it can be good at. Rescue checks not possible, being vulnerable to aggressive attacks, yup.
Everything is worse in Zero. Gyze's attack power in Zero is more than in OG version though. Gyze heavily depends on dmg triggers. You also can't Ultimate Stride him with Dragfall like in OG.
He can't instawin next turn if he doesn't get a turn.

It seems like they were in a rush to the reboot. That's why Z was such a clusterfuck. They wasted the good potential the plot had.

これ当時リアタイで見た時、ファイトの描写をしっかり作ってなかったことに驚いた記憶がある。後Gシリーズ最後のパックのカード達が全然アニメに出てきてなくてアニメの役割である、こういうカードがあるというのを見ている人に伝わらないのは当時少し残念だった記憶がある。
