Snape ALWAYS (How much important this word is to him) wanted to teach the same subject but interestingly the headmaster kept rejecting him the post and reserved him till the 6th book. He very well knew that Snape would no longer be in the school after that. In the 7th book, Snape returned school as a headmaster but he didn't teach the subject but someone else was appointed for that subject. So, it only solidifies the theory that the job was cursed by the dark lord.
I watched another ranking video a few days ago and they are pretty much the same. Except they didn't include Carrow because he taught Dark Arts instead of Defense Against the Dark Arts.
Carrow should be in the top 4. Yes, what he taught is horrible, but at least he taught something. To defend yourself against the Dark Arts, it's very useful to know them. In fact, Harry himself uses Crucio, Imperio and Sectumsempra.
*Why do you exist on Earth? What is your true purpose in life?* “The Summoning of the Grail” While souls already exist, created or formed from divine Celestial substances, humanity still ponders its meaning and existence. You exist as a human being on Earth because the calling of complexity sorted your intelligence level and understanding of the truth of the universe into human form through universal mechanics just as it may sort other forms of nature, or spirits. It is your purpose to exceed in the class of humanity until you rise to a greater form, or fall into a lesser one. Those at the very top of the class of humanity can summon down higher forms as seen in Occult and religious texts through their divine complexity. I’m sorry, but the truth is really quite disappointing. Be warned. -Aglain Plumrose

What’s scary about Umbridge is how believable she is. I once worked with a rel life Umbridge.😊

Thought I’d add him in anyway, a professor for each year
Perfect ranking
What about Dumbledore as he was shown teaching dark arts earlier in his career
Don’t forget Dumbledore. Before he became headmaster, he also taught Defense Against the Dark Arts

Remus Lupin Is The Best DADA (Defence Against The Dark Arts) Teacher, For Me.
Are we not gonna count Harry as a DADA teacher because he literally taught students how defend themselves since UMBITCH didn't know how to teach DADA
More like didn't teach it at all
What about Harry leading Dumbledore’s Army?
47. Points. Julie 😊🎉❤gryffindor hogwarts house 🏡
No Barty Crouch JR is the best teacher cause he was the only one that teaches the most
