    You really explain things well. I am glad I found your channel. I am afraid I am going to get fired by a new manager that dislikes me. I had no idea that severance was paid to people that wee fired

    My attorney’s secretary told me: employer’s can terminated my employment,when I refused to do unsafe work.

    COMMON LAW SEVERANCE?
    In summary, at minimum, all employees in Ontario with 3 months service should be paid 1 weeks' severance (or 1 weeks' working notice) per year of service (up to a maximum of 8 weeks'), and all employees with five or more years of service at large employers (2.5 million dollar payroll) should be given an additional 1 ..

    I always appreciate your information. Quick question, are you able to draw unemployment while fighting a severance? A colleague asked me that last week, and I didn't know the answer. We are in Pennsylvania.

      ​@@heidealbre1518 Frustration of contract occurs when an employer deems an employment contract to have been "frustrated" by an employee's inability to work (aka the contract, or promise of work, can't be completed due to one side not being able to fulfill their end of the bargain).
      Frustration isn't always a clear cut case, and the specifics of each situation need to be reviewed first before an employer can clearly determine that a contract has been frustrated.

    Supervisor and Chef Lu have harassed and forced me to do dangerous work on washing sharp knives/meat slicer was piled up inside the filthy greasy kitchen stink sink with 20”deep waters
