Thanks for the round up. I've bought fair few FX apps on iOS and usually go for multi-FX like Turnado, Elastic FX, AudioEffX, etc. In fact, the only one I have in this video and giveaway list is Classic FX. So, naturally, my first choice would be MixBox, but I would be grateful for any of them. Looperator, Modley, and ReelBus are interesting to me, as well. Looking forward to the next video!

I just got the Tb reverb app. So, so great. Easily my favorite reverb on iOS, so far. Would love to see you do a video on that one! Nothing currently available in videos is as good as this channel and I think a lot of your subscribers would like it.

Everyone may love a delay app but watching this has made me realise I don’t have loads of them compared to other apps. Got my fav few and just stuck with those. Great video, who doesn't love delays. I also use Gauss as a delay, but not like that, if you put it overdub mode and record, the "loop length" becomes the delay time and "loop decay" a reverse feedback knob, then you can use it as a live delay with all the filter and warble and even delay on the delay. I love that app... And now for the important part, the free stuff begging =) Mixbox looks really really nice, can't afford that one thou... Others I love to give a shot would be Looperator and Modley.

My favorites are UltraTap and Velvet Machine. I’d like to figure out a good lower demand choice. (If my number comes up, I’m interested in Mela 2, Bleass, Mixbox, Koala FX, AU3FX Dub, and Tape Pro.) Can’t buy them all, 🤔😃.
1 ) - Mixbox looks so damn cute 😂 like legit I like just looking at it. the UI Is top notch that is for sure 🔥 I do have to add that TH-U is quite a similar package although it is bit more expensive... but i think it has far more tools than mixbox does. I do know it’s a “guitarist” plug-in but let’s get real no one cares who it was meant for 🤷🏻♂️ no multi-in support however! So there ARE differences and both suites are pretty good IMO. 2) - TB Reelbus the "Boards of Canada" app XD. Love it! 3) - I like to use Micropitch on percussions, especially bright ones like cymbals. sometimes also on snares! For percussion stuff I mostly use it without much feedback or delay actually. I use it mostly to shape the sound the percussion is generating. Makes the sound less flat when micro-pitching stuff like that! Then the obvious choice IMO, is for soundbeds, so any pad or stuff like that, that is meant to bring in the "background ambience" can sound very nice with Micropitch. Especially on Lofi stuff (when talking about melodic instruments, for rhythmic stuff I'd use it for any genre) 4 ) - TfxEcho... HOT DANG! I had no idea it sounded THAT GOOD. I definitely will have to buy that one eventually! 5) - Bought Mela 2 when it came out... Only to realize my iPad cannot run it as it is on iOS 13.7! Runs on my phone though, and it's a pretty sweet synth... I had no idea it came with an FX Unit though!! Would Mela 1 ALSO include this FX Unit? I've considered upgrading to the bundle just so I can use Mela 1 on my iPad since I don't want to update the iPadOS and in turn risk it becoming slower and glitchier (iOS 14 AUs disappearing and requiring to reset the device is a huge pain that I cannot tolerate on my iPhone... wish I hadn't been forced to update it to iOS 14 but you know how customer service is for iDevices... dummies).

And I'll echo others in that I really love this format, I know you've covered plenty of generative MIDI apps but that would be a rad rundown as well IMO, with a sense of what you use for what melodic/rhythmic scenario. Out of these, MixBox, Modley and Classic FX would be my next wants. Thanks!

@@GavinskisTutorials Watched it. Nice job showing the sound differences between the apps when the settings are pretty much the same. Love the clean sound of Tfx. I usually just use some subtle reverb, and when I add more effects, things tend to get too busy too quickly. With time I hope to improve my skills.

I've bought fair few FX apps on iOS and usually go for multi-FX like Turnado, Elastic FX, AudioEffX, etc. In fact, the only one I have in this video and giveaway list is Classic FX. So, naturally, my first choice would be MixBox, but I would be grateful for any of them. Looperator, Modley, and ReelBus are interesting to me, as well. Looking forward to the next video!

Great video, who doesn't love delays. I also use Gauss as a delay, but not like that, if you put it overdub mode and record, the "loop length" becomes the delay time and "loop decay" a reverse feedback knob, then you can use it as a live delay with all the filter and warble and even delay on the delay. I love that app...
And now for the important part, the free stuff begging =) Mixbox looks really really nice, can't afford that one thou... Others I love to give a shot would be Looperator and Modley.

My favorites are UltraTap and Velvet Machine. I’d like to figure out a good lower demand choice.

1 ) - Mixbox looks so damn cute 😂 like legit I like just looking at it. the UI Is top notch that is for sure 🔥
I do have to add that TH-U is quite a similar package although it is bit more expensive... but i think it has far more tools than mixbox does.
I do know it’s a “guitarist” plug-in but let’s get real no one cares who it was meant for 🤷🏻♂️ no multi-in support however! So there ARE differences and both suites are pretty good IMO.
2) - TB Reelbus the "Boards of Canada" app XD. Love it!
3) - I like to use Micropitch on percussions, especially bright ones like cymbals. sometimes also on snares! For percussion stuff I mostly use it without much feedback or delay actually. I use it mostly to shape the sound the percussion is generating. Makes the sound less flat when micro-pitching stuff like that! Then the obvious choice IMO, is for soundbeds, so any pad or stuff like that, that is meant to bring in the "background ambience" can sound very nice with Micropitch. Especially on Lofi stuff (when talking about melodic instruments, for rhythmic stuff I'd use it for any genre)
4 ) - TfxEcho... HOT DANG! I had no idea it sounded THAT GOOD. I definitely will have to buy that one eventually!
5) - Bought Mela 2 when it came out... Only to realize my iPad cannot run it as it is on iOS 13.7! Runs on my phone though, and it's a pretty sweet synth... I had no idea it came with an FX Unit though!! Would Mela 1 ALSO include this FX Unit? I've considered upgrading to the bundle just so I can use Mela 1 on my iPad since I don't want to update the iPadOS and in turn risk it becoming slower and glitchier (iOS 14 AUs disappearing and requiring to reset the device is a huge pain that I cannot tolerate on my iPhone... wish I hadn't been forced to update it to iOS 14 but you know how customer service is for iDevices... dummies).

Yep, I’ve definitely delayed figuring out exactly when, how, and why to use them. I’ve always been a late bloomer. This video is a help.

@@GavinskisTutorials Watched it. Nice job showing the sound differences between the apps when the settings are pretty much the same. Love the clean sound of Tfx. I usually just use some subtle reverb, and when I add more effects, things tend to get too busy too quickly. With time I hope to improve my skills.
This comparison shows me that I’m missing some delays in my fx collection. Great work, thx a lot. So let’s try to win experimental stuff like “TTAP or velvet machine or BLEASS delay”. 🙏🏽🖤🙏🏽
