You explained very well...much better than the demo guy who came home! I bought Laserson S9 Pro Plus from MecTuring which thankfully has one dust tank only!
I am owning this product from more than 1 year now and trust that it will start creating lot of issues like automatic cleaning without any instructions and raising unnecessarily noisy alarms. McTuring Post sales experience is very poor as they will not even take the ownership for getting your problem solved. I have been following up for my complaint since 4th Dec 2022 for the problem which I am facing with A3 Tarr robot bought from McTuring and the problem is yet not resolved by 2nd Feb 2023
Does it work in the dark? Since it uses cameras, VSLAM navigation, would it work at night when lights are off? Would be nice to see a demo of this.

Hey, a robo vacuum cleaner does not clean hard stains. Basic pocha lagata hai.
i ordered one and paid in full, and waiting for delivery for more than a month now, customer care is also not responding

Maine ismein jo limitations batayi hain, usmein se ek limitation (Phenyl) dono mein common hai.
Ismein 2 maps save ho sakte hain aur price kam hai.

This device or this company products are not working with mentioned apps through your smartphone if you are using other routers (like Nokia etc.,). It will work net gear router. This is major setback to use this product. I am facing the same problem. I don’t know when they migrate to all routers. How many years it will take.

Hi Trupti, tha app name is mentioned in the video. I don't have Iphone, so have demonstrated on my android phone. First time, map needs to be created and it's already shown in the video. Everything is explained.
Cons:
1)This Robot is not work well in night time hence it's ISLAM technology.
2) When Robots are offline ( when WIFI is off) they don't refer saved maps & schedulings
The product works well in the beginning. Later it will start giving plenty of problems. Very very poor after sale service.

I also read bad reviews about poor after sale service of this company. If an Indian company is also doing the same what other non Indian companies are doing to us…. Then it’s a sad situation for all of us. Doing business n making money is fine but once their product is sold, it’s unethical to forget the customers after that. Who to believe these days???? That’s why Indians still prefer to buy non Indian brands though they are also not reliable always. But it’s a very bad for an Indian company to break the trust of its customers and set such a poor example in the market.

I bought is on 22/2/2023 and within a month it started showing error and complained but got no Repons for 10 days then anyhow I complained they took my product to nasik for shop and after 20 dat they gave me wrong product till then my product is missing, I tried to contact them and it has been 3days no one is providing any update about my missing product....and the wrong product which I recived is also damaged..... Hopeless support system.... No one is responding to my calls.. After making such a huge blunder they are not responding to call out of 200 calls they recive one call or usme bhi koi solution nhi de rhe im fedup please don't buy it
Worst after sales service
Buying Mecturing products is the disastrous decision of my life. Poor product quality and absolute rubbish after sale service is a pain in the ass. Don’t suggest to buy this at all.

First they take 1 month to deliver the product and then the product is faulty and then the customer service is the worst! They don’t care to pick the call! Now I don’t know how long they will take to replace my faulty piece Mec-TURING
