I have Samsung Galaxy J4+ built in Feb 2019 and bought it the same month and year. I have it to this day, never broke down and never had any issues. The best phone I have ever had.

This phone is indestructible to a degree the day I got it I dropped it in the bath the speaker went a bit funny but eventually sorted itself out, then I dropped it in again and the same thing happened about a year down the line and it still survived so I will always rate this phone as long as it exists
My J4+ got water damaged. So I rushed out and purchased the Galaxy A20. Two days later the J4 dried out and now works perfectly. I was not expecting that!

J4+ is good, but after i used a lot of storage it's kinda slow. Its good but some apps are laggy. Othereise you can play good games in it.

From trying to take photos through starting to selecting apps. I’ve followed all the good advice like uninstalling bloatware and unwanted apps, clearing caches, etc. Plus my beloved Galaxy Watch Active 2 has just stopped working. Dead. I’m a Samsung man all the way from the S3 but I’ve lost confidence in the brand. I just need a phone that’s reliable and the J4+ just isn’t it. I hope I’m the only one.

Facts, many people has this problem including me. The OS is too heavy for the phone cause the CPU and ram is not sufficient to run the os smoothly. It runs android 8 with lots of other Samsung os stuff so its very laggy
Got this after i killed my j7 pro, gotta say, still quite good considering the price. I specs aren't that good but the warranty is perfect for ppl like me lol.
Been an Iphone, Huawei and even other android phones and I dont want to invest big sum of money for a phone. This J and A series of Samsung is the best so far in terms of genuinely like Iphone.

@@ma.2623 yeah theres alot of features in this phone. You can change a lot of settings for example, how u want your phone to look like. Theres a lot of wallpaper choices. It also tells the weather today or even tomorrow. Me a person who likes black i changed all my settings to dark mode and its really amazing. The camera is also great theres a lot of filters. But please take this as an opinion. Its still better to check all the details of the phone in the store. I also dont want to cause any problems. Be safe all the and have a good day!🤗❤❤❤

Bought it 3 years ago, back then didn't knew a lot about phones and for like 7 months it was fairly usable after that it got new updates and got slow as hell. Only operating system it could run normally was android 8 , plus u couldn't run anything on high settings only the lowest ones u can put on, like even the Snapchat was lagging on it . Wouldn't recommend that phone to anyone even my grandparents

I have the pink one and I honestly do love the phone. It's okay and all but it's not for younger people who spend a lot of time on internet. It takes a lot of time to charge it but the battery percentage is decreasing faster than it takes it to change and I'm honestly disappointed with that. I use twitter and youtube a lot and the battery literally runs put in 4-5 hours (and the last 20% disappear in like 20 mins...). This is 21st century I'd rather have a stronger battery than camera.
The J6+ has the side mounted finger print sensor. It has a really nice design to. but the performance is not so good it has the SD425 and no OLED display. Such a shame if it had the SD 450 i'd buy it🤔
So GSMArena claims there's a side mounted fingerprint sensor, but the button on the side doesn't look like it does house one. On top of that there's no mention on the box or on Saying website, which leads me to believe the UK units don't have fingerprint sensors. Like Sony handset for US market don't ten to have one either (or they didn't when it was side mounted), but I've reached out to Samsung UK for clarification.

@@reign327replace it's battery with a new and use a good charger, if it still doesn't help replace it's charging port with a new
If you want the best of Samsung get the S- series or the Note Series. I would also recommend the A- Series but go for the A50 to A90..
