part 2... Kevin will show you how and when to use minnows to catch more fish... We were in the Upper Sacramento River near Colusa, Ca.
Filmed toward the end of the Striper Run during the last week of May 2012 .. The condition was not perfect, it was very windy but Kevin was still able to fill the fish tank.

The water still has to pass through their mouth and over their gills to get the oxygen out of the water.
