Definitely prefer coho over the chinook but both cook up well none the less!

How come lake O salmon flesh is so pale, and lake Huron salmon is so ridiculously deep red?

Not sure man maybe the watmer water? Our cohos have really great red meat but the chinooks seem to be more pale on average
