She actually can have higher shield uptime if you use her as main dps, because she reduces her own skill cooldown every 4 normal or charged attack hits. Add the healing to this, and you basically get a main dps who is pretty much unkillable without needing any other shielders or healers in her team. And she even does decent damage on top of that. Noelle's only downside is that she doesn't generate any particles, but if you build her with enough ER and put her in a team with good geo batteries like Gorou, you can still get pretty good uptime on her burst.
@@optimistic.pessimist Honestly, if you're good at dodging, her shield is plenty strong enough to tank the odd missed dodge, though if you're using her as a support then she's probably there to be a healer so her shield will be at full power for the few seconds she needs to get most parties back to full HP, especially if she had her Burst at the ready. Not to mention that her emergency shield passive procs on party members with 400% of Noelle's Def, in case you're *really* bad at dodging.
I think Noelle can maintain her shield more frequently, she has a passive that if she makes normal attacks or charged attack, it reduces the CD of her Elemental Skill
Yeah but sadly it’s stated that hitting multiple opponents in a single strike only counts as 1 hit. However, if you have her C2, she can utilise it way more effectively.
Plus if you have a battery like Fischl or Raiden, you can get her Burst fueled more efficiently. Noelle has been a staple of my teams since early game. I only ever replace her with Zhongli or Kokomi for reactions.
At 5:45, I'm 90% sure that was Noelle's C4 doing the 71k. It looks like your shield was destroyed in the next frame. When I'm playing Noelle that seems to be her single biggest hit! Edit: It definitely was because Bones wasn't even swapped to Zhongli during that clip!

I remember when I first started using the game, my Noelle was like the only one I used in combat. She carried me through early game with her shielding and healing. I still have massive respect for Noelle mains because they love her enough to still be using her. Their Noelle are basically always godly as well
And the fact that new geos indirectly buffed her everytime, before Noelle was used in utility teams like Xiangling and Bennet but now she has a specified gameplay and she pops off more than before

I started farming friendship a little while back and I recently put noelle on my friendship farming team as a healer/shield and, I’ve always loved her but it’s safe to say I love her even more now, with such minimal investment she still does a very good job (I never built mine until she was c6 tho, so maybe that changes things) honestly, she’s such a gem

As a Noelle enthusiast it's really cool to see you build her! You saw a bit in the video, but there are even times that I feel like she can be usable over Itto, just because she can stay on field forever without worrying about her hp getting low when she has her burst active
The thing about Noelle is that her Burst persists even if you swap out, so you should use that to battery Noelle in attack strings, usually when ever your supports skills are available. Also, you're missing a lot of ER, for 4 stars, Whiteblind is good, but Favonious is better for the energy generation.

Great video! The thing about Noelle is that she is basically a C0 Itto, arguably better or worse. Since you have constellations for him though, she'll probably feel like a downgrade. Noelle's shield is the second in terms of strength and rivals Zhongli's as far as I know, but it has uptime issues when used *off-field*, On-field though, is a completely different story. One of Noelle's constellations decreases her shield's cooldown when she attacks with her NAs, while her shield is up. A DPS Noelle could potentially reach a 100% uptime which is very likely to happen in a mono-Geo team such as the ones you play all the time.
Nah. She's a paladin. She's not suppose to deal as much damage as Berserker like Itto, nor be played like them. Itto can't do a team of him with 3 other pure sub dps.

Noelle rep is amazing. I use her on every team for a shielder ( I don’t have Zhongli). Like is cool down wasn’t a problem and you pair her with the 35 shield strength artefacts set she would be amazing

A full geo team built around noelle is so good in abyss on the floors with hard hitting enemies. The shield never breaks and you heal everyone constantly, plus geo teams def is so high nobody takes much damage even without the shield. Unlike Itto, you want to be swapping out from noelle during burst to do your teams skills and catch particles with her so she gets her burst back off cooldown. Also bennett kinda sucks with her cause her attack is sky high anyway and she takes no damage. Geo traveller or rosaria for the extra crit rate would be good for yours though

Other than the misinterpretation at 5:45 wich others mention shield uptime on main dps noelle is much better because of her passive that reduces the cooldown for landing basic attacks, on avarage reduces it to like 3-4 seconds down time with yunjin attack speed buff
You NEED to Upgrade Noelle's NORMAL Attack, ONLY the First 2 "Sweeps" count as her "Burst" every other attack is a Normal attack. You'll lose out on 85% of Noelle's damage otherwise. Noelle is a VERY GREEDY Unit she requires Talents in ALL 3 of her stats to generate High dmg. Just a heads up everybody.
I use Noelle in spite of having Itto, mostly because I don't have Zhong Li so Itto just dies a lot. Things to note: She's VERY greedy when it comes to on field time. Her shield cool down is reduced every time she hits with a normal or charge attack attack, so if she's on field and attacking she can get, if not completely, at least nearly 100% up time on it. Her defense does reduce the damage her shield takes, so it's more likely to break when you switch to someone else. Some bosses can break it, especially if she's not on field, but most normal mobs she'll shrug off at most ARs. The shield going down at C4+ is considered an elemental skill attack and at c6 while her burst is up it's easily one of the bigger nukes in the game without use of party support. I've never figured out how to best use Goro with her in a 3 geo team. Because her problem isn't the amount of energy she needs as much as the lack of particle generation, she pairs better with Goro+Sara+Raiden or Goro+Sara+Fischl than Goro+Bennette+Yun Jin as a support because even though electro does nothing on geo itself, electro resonance will easily give her the particles she needs for her 60 energy burst(even if they're the wrong element), while even the best equipped Bennette doesn't really give her that great of an attack boost compared to what she gives herself (and as you pointed out, Yun Jin doesn't work so great in mono geo). Goro just isn't that great of a battery and most other Geo characters I tried feel odd in that third slot. You want to get through rotations and back to her fast so that she can keep making attacks and collect particles to get her shield and burst up. If your confident on your battery characters and ER, You can also swap Sara out for a off field hydro applicator like Yelan, Xin, or even Barbara as well and use her as a driver for an electro charge team.
Noelle's shield is amongst the top 3 shields in the game, being fairly close to Zhongli's, also whilst she only has half up time on it, she does actually reduce the cooldown of her shield with her attacks due to her constellations I believe.
Mr content creator, I once saw a great way of testing shield strength, which is tanking Dvalin's breath with the charaters' shields. I think this would be a much easier and more accurate way of testing it. Noelle can get a better shield uptime, but only when she is on-field due to her 2nd passive talent, which reduces her shield's cooldown. Also, please look into Noelle's C4 shield explosion more, it is the biggest single instance damage Noelle can do. These are just my thoughts as a Noelle main watching the video, they can be ignored and I won't mind. I still enjoyed Noelle getting some more attention anyways.
Noelle was my first C6 Character ever and and first triple crowned character ever. She is a Maid, a knight, and wields a big ass anime sword- these are three of my favorite things. Noelle is a character who feels like she was made for me.
I'd recommend using albedo with her, if you have him, instead of Yun Jin, for the extra particle generation of his skill, and you can increase this by giving albedo a fav sword, that will give you more burst up time. But that's just me
redhorn passive and noelle’s healing mechanics, C2, and A4 really benefits charged attacks over normals. she’s much better in multi target, particularly with albedo. if you have albedo and put fav on gorou and zhong you really dont need any ER on her. but solo she’s super energy hungry
ooh personally i run her with Geo MC Gorou and Albedo she's absolutely fantastic and i don't focus too much on her own ER cause the teammates don't have too much for ER needs so it's easy to funnel to basically Noelle only and the team is very comfortable to play that way especially cause Noelle is the DPS the shielder and the healer all at once, oh also her burst doesn't end when switched so she's even easier to funnel energy to, her team is so comfy to play while also being very strong i appreciate her so much :> even stronger after i got redhorn for her since itto's last rerun! You should do the vermillion and echoes domain for future showcases. 3 enemies when positioned right stay together and are decently ranky. Not annoying either
nice to see some noelle action! she doesn't generate energy but she can swap out without losing her burst so fav5 gorou with enough crit rate is enough to keep her burst always up if used on cooldown and with enough er. her shield's cooldown goes lower if she does her normal attack combo for better uptime. her best teammates are gorou and albedo, fourth is a flex between zhongli, yelan and fischl.
I've never had an issue keeping her burst up. She's still my main dps after all this time. Xingqui shogun and a dendro together. There's nothing u cant destroy in seconds.
I've been rocking a triple crown Noelle for a while now. You want to build her similarly to any other main DPS. Prioritize crit ratio with Geo goblet. Defense stats when possible instead of attack obviously. Defense or ER goblet depending on team. All her talents are important but her normal talent actually does the bulk of her damage in her burst. Her burst talent is only for that initial sweep. She's a greedy girl that wants all your resources but she does almost as much damage as itto while healing your whole team. Criminally underrated imo
As a Noelle main the thing I find most people don't understand especially when compared to itto is that you don't need any other supports and can go for pure off field damage(Raiden, xingqui, albedo) and miss nothing giving you an over all higher team DPS far passing itto who needs healer/shielder

Albedo can be a good teammate for noelle but gorou boost makes him better than albedo. For energy generation tho than yeah albedo might be better
So happy to see some Noelle appreciation! She's definitely a very strong character to have built in my opinion as she can fulfill both the support and DPS roles, without being split-scaling for both. I've been playing for almost two years now and I still use her as my dedicated shielder and occasional healer, leaving my zhongli to remain happily unbuilt >:)
The good thing about noelle with Gorou with Sac Bow is that you can swap out of Noelle to keep Gorou skill (E). That way you produce energy and go back to Noelle and keep using her burst since you don't lose it if you switch to other characters unlike most burst infuse user like Xiao, Itto, Cyno. Also the thing about Genshin enemies is that they don't attack as much, most enemies have one heavy attack or a few small attacks and they they sit and stare at you for a looong time before doing other attacks, that's why you can get away with no healing or shields if you understand enemies patterns.
For the first month I started genshin I slept on Noelle. I thought she was an alright tank, but not what I was looking for. But after a while I warmed up to her and in time she became one of my best DPS characters, which is ironic because she's supposed to be the tank, and boy does she tank. Her shield is more likely to time out than to be broken by the enemy. Her guaranteed teamwide healing when her shield and burst is up is essential to keeping one of my two tower teams alive. It's too bad my artifacts aren't perfect but rng is like that sometimes.
for a Noelle team, I recommend Albedo instead of Yunjin because her normal attack bonus isn't that substantial and wears off rather quickly. On the other hand, Albedo's e damage while buffed by Gorou and added to Noelle's ult damage eclipses whatever bonus you get from Yunjin, on top of Albedo's skill having a short cooldown and being spammable
Actually yunjin is one of noelles best buffer because she adds a flat damage bonus to her normals so it hits very hard. And unless you fight in a aoe situation her boost can last quite a while since she only has four hits in her combo string
@@floricel_112 the thing is yunjin buff her normal attack to a significant amount that by the time it expires the enemies would already be dead. Not to mention her burst can snapshot defense boost so she's not really losing that much damage
MOGA! You should have paused to take a look at the Attack stat when you burst. It's pretty wild! I have my Noelle built as a main DPS with pretty much all Defense stats, C6, and an r5 Whiteblind. Her Def is at 3,151 and when I use burst she has 6,200 attack. It's crazy how much she gets boosted.
My absolute favorite character, I always have her in my team and in one side of the Abyss. A true Swiss Knife of a character, formidable shielder, healer and DPS. I'm very happy to see her get more appreciation again, thank you
A little bit of tip from a former Noelle main: 1. Do triple NA, and cancel 4th atk by dashing a bit 2. If you do husk noelle, DEF stack Gorou is good. 3. If you do triple Geo, bring Albedo.
Her shield also is stronger on her bc of her massive defense. Further more hitting normal and charge attack refund a bit of shield cooldown. She works best in multiple targets since she catches particles and her burst lasts longer. Bennet isnt good w her. She heals enough on her own and bc she can support herself its much more efficient to use more damage support like fishl, Ningguang, Geo mc (build for burst damage) or albedo (oz triggers on crystalize). Of course with gorou but the other 2 slots are fairly flexable.
When built well, she is so interesting to play. She is the driver of my Nahida + Yelan + Shogun team. While she does 30-40k+ on crit, she procs the other threes elements to top on that with 15 to 20k additional damage. by the time her burst is done, Shogun dps burst is ready to go. as Noelle is a def - heal utility, the other three can afford to go unga bunga and never die. This comp made me say with conviction that she's still better than my Itto. Itto cannot do anything significant without his specific team...
Imo Noelle is the best char in the game. Aside from not genereating her owen particles she is perfectly self reliant. she has the dmg to hang with the big bois, the second stronges shild in the game and team wide healing. One tip i have tho, use her with 3 geo and one of file dps of any element she can crystalise with. the shilds from crystalise will help you get 100% shild up time during her cool down and benefit from geo resonance and also give you more diverse dmg. Fishl is perticulary strong since her passive will deal 80% of her ATK as electro dmg when ever a reaction with electro is triggerd. next id sugesst trying Albedo with a 4piece millilith for more of field dmg and bufft to your dmg and shield. well and goro but try a 4 pice exile he will generate energie for Noelle when you use his burst and his buffst dont really scale with anything anyways so the stats only matter for his personal dmg
You want to dragon strike as much as possible with her, she has the biggest one. She is an AoE unit, not a single target unit. Her damage becomes insane with lots of targets and her big AoE. She makes zero particles so you must compensate for that. A fav with refinements can give her 100% uptime even solo, but with a team that can battery use Redhorn. With your build, I would go ER sans and or favs on the supports. ER is Noelle's most significantgest weak spot. You glossed over her healing. Her healing isn't large but it does heal the ENTIRE team which is super.
6:44 you missed Noelle's shield bursting, it did 113k. In terms of showcase, I think her damage was underestimated, if you are using Yun Jin, you mostly want to be auto attacking with Noelle. You only want to charge attack when you are really low and need healing. Also, my Noelle has 2.3k defense with similar stats, and her shield never breaks. Finally, her healing is much better than you think, I used Noelle vs 12-3 old spiral abyss that had the small geo wolfs. I didn't have to dodge cause her healing kept up with the corrosion stacks.
Oh I forgot to mention that her shield cooldown is reduced by 1s every 4 hits from Noelle's normal/charge attacks. Might be wrong about the numbers, but the point is her shield will have more than 50% up time if you are using normal/charge attacks with Noelle. She also has a talent that gives a massive shield to characters that get low and lasts for a long time.
Noelle's shield strength can be so high as to be within a thousand or so of a 50K HP Zhongli's, but she lack the Fortify and Res shred Zhongli's shield gives. Still very strong and her heal is a rare all-party heal from a Skill (boosted in Burst). She also has a talent or Con that can reduce her Skill cooldown on doing hits, so that 24sec CD is a bit deceptive. Noelle is very nice chara with only really her particle generation as a weak point, truly deserving of the title of the Monstrous Maid of Mondstadt.
fun fact, main dps noelle actually has a much stronger shield than zhongli purely because of her defense stacking onto it assuming noelle is the active char with the shield up, I have never gotten the shield to break aside from vivianne/ninianne, and she has ~2700 defense
the big difference before itto C6 vs all of C6 neolle is actually vary small and more so what you prefer differece. in terms of def % scaling, itto is at 129% at lvl 13, well noelle with C6 gets 135%, there actual defense stat is 959 itto and 798 with noelle having def % level passive vs ittos crit rate, this makes them rather really close and at this point noelle has a shield she can use fairly often if used as the onfield with healing attached to it for the whole team. well itto has a stack based high attack speed that is based off his def stat. the last thing is noelle can switch off keeping her burst well itto cant(this makes noelles particual generation a bit more flexable since you can use char swap as a N4 cancel instead of dashing or jumping)

as a noelle main, one of the challenges is funneling particles to her. which is not that bad since her ult keeps going even if you switch out

A full geo team built around noelle is so good in abyss on the floors with hard hitting enemies. The shield never breaks and you heal everyone constantly, plus geo teams def is so high nobody takes much damage even without the shield. Unlike Itto, you want to be swapping out from noelle during burst to do your teams skills and catch particles with her so she gets her burst back off cooldown. Also bennett kinda sucks with her cause her attack is sky high anyway and she takes no damage. Geo traveller or rosaria for the extra crit rate would be good for yours though

You NEED to Upgrade Noelle's NORMAL Attack, ONLY the First 2 "Sweeps" count as her "Burst" every other attack is a Normal attack.
You'll lose out on 85% of Noelle's damage otherwise. Noelle is a VERY GREEDY Unit she requires Talents in ALL 3 of her stats to generate High dmg. Just a heads up everybody.

Finally letssss GOOOOOO. I mained Noelle from the start of the game and I was waiting for this since you started making Genshin videos
I use Noelle in spite of having Itto, mostly because I don't have Zhong Li so Itto just dies a lot. Things to note: She's VERY greedy when it comes to on field time. Her shield cool down is reduced every time she hits with a normal or charge attack attack, so if she's on field and attacking she can get, if not completely, at least nearly 100% up time on it. Her defense does reduce the damage her shield takes, so it's more likely to break when you switch to someone else. Some bosses can break it, especially if she's not on field, but most normal mobs she'll shrug off at most ARs. The shield going down at C4+ is considered an elemental skill attack and at c6 while her burst is up it's easily one of the bigger nukes in the game without use of party support. I've never figured out how to best use Goro with her in a 3 geo team. Because her problem isn't the amount of energy she needs as much as the lack of particle generation, she pairs better with Goro+Sara+Raiden or Goro+Sara+Fischl than Goro+Bennette+Yun Jin as a support because even though electro does nothing on geo itself, electro resonance will easily give her the particles she needs for her 60 energy burst(even if they're the wrong element), while even the best equipped Bennette doesn't really give her that great of an attack boost compared to what she gives herself (and as you pointed out, Yun Jin doesn't work so great in mono geo). Goro just isn't that great of a battery and most other Geo characters I tried feel odd in that third slot. You want to get through rotations and back to her fast so that she can keep making attacks and collect particles to get her shield and burst up. If your confident on your battery characters and ER, You can also swap Sara out for a off field hydro applicator like Yelan, Xin, or even Barbara as well and use her as a driver for an electro charge team.
Noelle's shield is amongst the top 3 shields in the game, being fairly close to Zhongli's, also whilst she only has half up time on it, she does actually reduce the cooldown of her shield with her attacks due to her constellations I believe.

Mr content creator, I once saw a great way of testing shield strength, which is tanking Dvalin's breath with the charaters' shields. I think this would be a much easier and more accurate way of testing it. Noelle can get a better shield uptime, but only when she is on-field due to her 2nd passive talent, which reduces her shield's cooldown. Also, please look into Noelle's C4 shield explosion more, it is the biggest single instance damage Noelle can do. These are just my thoughts as a Noelle main watching the video, they can be ignored and I won't mind. I still enjoyed Noelle getting some more attention anyways.
Noelle was my first C6 Character ever and and first triple crowned character ever. She is a Maid, a knight, and wields a big ass anime sword- these are three of my favorite things. Noelle is a character who feels like she was made for me.

I'd recommend using albedo with her, if you have him, instead of Yun Jin, for the extra particle generation of his skill, and you can increase this by giving albedo a fav sword, that will give you more burst up time. But that's just me
redhorn passive and noelle’s healing mechanics, C2, and A4 really benefits charged attacks over normals. she’s much better in multi target, particularly with albedo.
if you have albedo and put fav on gorou and zhong you really dont need any ER on her. but solo she’s super energy hungry
ooh personally i run her with Geo MC Gorou and Albedo she's absolutely fantastic and i don't focus too much on her own ER cause the teammates don't have too much for ER needs so it's easy to funnel to basically Noelle only and the team is very comfortable to play that way especially cause Noelle is the DPS the shielder and the healer all at once, oh also her burst doesn't end when switched so she's even easier to funnel energy to, her team is so comfy to play while also being very strong i appreciate her so much :> even stronger after i got redhorn for her since itto's last rerun! Happy birthday Noelle!
You should do the vermillion and echoes domain for future showcases. 3 enemies when positioned right stay together and are decently ranky. Not annoying either

nice to see some noelle action! she doesn't generate energy but she can swap out without losing her burst so fav5 gorou with enough crit rate is enough to keep her burst always up if used on cooldown and with enough er. her shield's cooldown goes lower if she does her normal attack combo for better uptime. her best teammates are gorou and albedo, fourth is a flex between zhongli, yelan and fischl.
I've never had an issue keeping her burst up. She's still my main dps after all this time. Xingqui shogun and a dendro together. There's nothing u cant destroy in seconds.
I've been rocking a triple crown Noelle for a while now. You want to build her similarly to any other main DPS. Prioritize crit ratio with Geo goblet. Defense stats when possible instead of attack obviously. Defense or ER goblet depending on team. All her talents are important but her normal talent actually does the bulk of her damage in her burst. Her burst talent is only for that initial sweep. She's a greedy girl that wants all your resources but she does almost as much damage as itto while healing your whole team. Criminally underrated imo

As a Noelle main the thing I find most people don't understand especially when compared to itto is that you don't need any other supports and can go for pure off field damage(Raiden, xingqui, albedo) and miss nothing giving you an over all higher team DPS far passing itto who needs healer/shielder
I'd get Gorou (C6) for resonance at least. Other 2 slots are free, I like Yelan + Xingqiu myself.

You get less team DPS with gorou over albedo but he is a 5star so you might not have him. He is only better for personal damage with noelle

Albedo can be a good teammate for noelle but gorou boost makes him better than albedo. For energy generation tho than yeah albedo might be better

So happy to see some Noelle appreciation! She's definitely a very strong character to have built in my opinion as she can fulfill both the support and DPS roles, without being split-scaling for both. I've been playing for almost two years now and I still use her as my dedicated shielder and occasional healer, leaving my zhongli to remain happily unbuilt >:)
6:30 GOROU HITTING THE JACKPOT
The good thing about noelle with Gorou with Sac Bow is that you can swap out of Noelle to keep Gorou skill (E). That way you produce energy and go back to Noelle and keep using her burst since you don't lose it if you switch to other characters unlike most burst infuse user like Xiao, Itto, Cyno. Also the thing about Genshin enemies is that they don't attack as much, most enemies have one heavy attack or a few small attacks and they they sit and stare at you for a looong time before doing other attacks, that's why you can get away with no healing or shields if you understand enemies patterns.
She works great with albedo and doesn't lose her infusion when she swaps off

For the first month I started genshin I slept on Noelle. I thought she was an alright tank, but not what I was looking for. But after a while I warmed up to her and in time she became one of my best DPS characters, which is ironic because she's supposed to be the tank, and boy does she tank. Her shield is more likely to time out than to be broken by the enemy. Her guaranteed teamwide healing when her shield and burst is up is essential to keeping one of my two tower teams alive.
It's too bad my artifacts aren't perfect but rng is like that sometimes.
for a Noelle team, I recommend Albedo instead of Yunjin because her normal attack bonus isn't that substantial and wears off rather quickly. On the other hand, Albedo's e damage while buffed by Gorou and added to Noelle's ult damage eclipses whatever bonus you get from Yunjin, on top of Albedo's skill having a short cooldown and being spammable
Actually yunjin is one of noelles best buffer because she adds a flat damage bonus to her normals so it hits very hard. And unless you fight in a aoe situation her boost can last quite a while since she only has four hits in her combo string

@@floricel_112 the thing is yunjin buff her normal attack to a significant amount that by the time it expires the enemies would already be dead. Not to mention her burst can snapshot defense boost so she's not really losing that much damage

I have my Noelle built as a main DPS with pretty much all Defense stats, C6, and an r5 Whiteblind. Her Def is at 3,151 and when I use burst she has 6,200 attack. It's crazy how much she gets boosted.

A little bit of tip from a former Noelle main:
1. Do triple NA, and cancel 4th atk by dashing a bit
2. If you do husk noelle, DEF stack Gorou is good.
3. If you do triple Geo, bring Albedo.
As a Noelle main, i love this already
Noelle carried me through the initial gameplay. She can provide shield and she can heal, and she's an amazing DPS character if built right.
Her shield also is stronger on her bc of her massive defense. Further more hitting normal and charge attack refund a bit of shield cooldown. She works best in multiple targets since she catches particles and her burst lasts longer. Bennet isnt good w her. She heals enough on her own and bc she can support herself its much more efficient to use more damage support like fishl, Ningguang, Geo mc (build for burst damage) or albedo (oz triggers on crystalize). Of course with gorou but the other 2 slots are fairly flexable.
I'm gonna build her again,it's just fun to see those excalibur thingy when she's using her burst and the main stat artifact is the easiest to find tho

Ningguang, Noelle, Itto and Zhongli is a fun team.
if you play noelle main dps she gets her shield back faster by 1s every 2 or 3 auto attacks, so her shield uptime is actually quite nice
Best thing about her is no split scaling
When built well, she is so interesting to play. She is the driver of my Nahida + Yelan + Shogun team. While she does 30-40k+ on crit, she procs the other threes elements to top on that with 15 to 20k additional damage. by the time her burst is done, Shogun dps burst is ready to go. as Noelle is a def - heal utility, the other three can afford to go unga bunga and never die. This comp made me say with conviction that she's still better than my Itto. Itto cannot do anything significant without his specific team...

Imo Noelle is the best char in the game. Aside from not genereating her owen particles she is perfectly self reliant. she has the dmg to hang with the big bois, the second stronges shild in the game and team wide healing.
One tip i have tho, use her with 3 geo and one of file dps of any element she can crystalise with. the shilds from crystalise will help you get 100% shild up time during her cool down and benefit from geo resonance and also give you more diverse dmg. Fishl is perticulary strong since her passive will deal 80% of her ATK as electro dmg when ever a reaction with electro is triggerd. next id sugesst trying Albedo with a 4piece millilith for more of field dmg and bufft to your dmg and shield. well and goro but try a 4 pice exile he will generate energie for Noelle when you use his burst and his buffst dont really scale with anything anyways so the stats only matter for his personal dmg
You should use c1 geo traveller for crit buff it would help @Moga
She is the only character that can retain her burst after swap (including off field supports) and her burst extends to 20 seconds on mobs

had been waiting for this from a long time....
You want to dragon strike as much as possible with her, she has the biggest one. She is an AoE unit, not a single target unit. Her damage becomes insane with lots of targets and her big AoE. She makes zero particles so you must compensate for that. A fav with refinements can give her 100% uptime even solo, but with a team that can battery use Redhorn. With your build, I would go ER sans and or favs on the supports. ER is Noelle's most significantgest weak spot. You glossed over her healing. Her healing isn't large but it does heal the ENTIRE team which is super.
6:44 you missed Noelle's shield bursting, it did 113k. In terms of showcase, I think her damage was underestimated, if you are using Yun Jin, you mostly want to be auto attacking with Noelle. You only want to charge attack when you are really low and need healing. Also, my Noelle has 2.3k defense with similar stats, and her shield never breaks. Finally, her healing is much better than you think, I used Noelle vs 12-3 old spiral abyss that had the small geo wolfs. I didn't have to dodge cause her healing kept up with the corrosion stacks.
Oh I forgot to mention that her shield cooldown is reduced by 1s every 4 hits from Noelle's normal/charge attacks. Might be wrong about the numbers, but the point is her shield will have more than 50% up time if you are using normal/charge attacks with Noelle. She also has a talent that gives a massive shield to characters that get low and lasts for a long time.
Noelle's shield strength can be so high as to be within a thousand or so of a 50K HP Zhongli's, but she lack the Fortify and Res shred Zhongli's shield gives. Still very strong and her heal is a rare all-party heal from a Skill (boosted in Burst). She also has a talent or Con that can reduce her Skill cooldown on doing hits, so that 24sec CD is a bit deceptive. Noelle is very nice chara with only really her particle generation as a weak point, truly deserving of the title of the Monstrous Maid of Mondstadt.
fun fact, main dps noelle actually has a much stronger shield than zhongli purely because of her defense stacking onto it
assuming noelle is the active char with the shield up, I have never gotten the shield to break aside from vivianne/ninianne, and she has ~2700 defense
the big difference before itto C6 vs all of C6 neolle is actually vary small and more so what you prefer differece. in terms of def % scaling, itto is at 129% at lvl 13, well noelle with C6 gets 135%, there actual defense stat is 959 itto and 798 with noelle having def % level passive vs ittos crit rate, this makes them rather really close and at this point noelle has a shield she can use fairly often if used as the onfield with healing attached to it for the whole team. well itto has a stack based high attack speed that is based off his def stat. the last thing is noelle can switch off keeping her burst well itto cant(this makes noelles particual generation a bit more flexable since you can use char swap as a N4 cancel instead of dashing or jumping)
