CONGRATULATIONS to the Betton Grange organisation for completing the new build of another extinct class.I do beileive that`s two brand new loco`s finished and steaming now? Since emegrating to Australia I`ve lost touch with the heritage and preserved scene in the UK ;thank goodness for TH-cam ! Very well done to you all. smithy.
Thank so much for the kind comment, yes, we have completed two new steamies, 6880 Bettin Grange as showed in this video and 32324 Beachy Head Atlantic, both lovely and stunning new builds. There is also 2999 Lady Of Legend which is fairly recent too. Thanks for watching!
If your referring to the title, it was figurative, however if you referring to why se wasn’t running a few days ago, I belive it was something to do with the engines regulator, which they were having problems with at the GWSR. Thanks for watching!
It’s probably something to do with masking the tender detachment easier, or possibly air flow etc. I can’t give you a true explanation to this but I believe this could be true. Thanks for the comment and good question!
Thanks for watching! Great to see 6880 and FINALLY fixed the quality issue! :)
This quality is great now. Can’t wait to see what amazing content will come from it!
Thanks so much mate! I will work on my future videos and put in more effort!

@@Southweststeamfan thank you for that!
No problem! Anytime :)
I’ve asked a few times but why do GW tender locos have no cab doors while GW tank locos do?
It’s probably something to do with masking the tender detachment easier, or possibly air flow etc. I can’t give you a true explanation to this but I believe this could be true. Thanks for the comment and good question!
@@Southweststeamfan Interesting theories. I wouldn’t have thought of them.
Thanks! appreciate the comment!
😊
👍
Watched the video but didn't hear any bang,
*"bang" as in figuratively*
Figurative language, not the best title by me thanks for pointing that out!
@@Southweststeamfan Ah OK as I knew it had failed I thought you had captured the exact moment on your video.
