If it was all real, it would feed well over 300+ people and probably have lots of waste. Often times, clients will opt for dummy tiers to get the dramatic look they want of a large multi tier cake without the waste. It’s a lot less weight too.
Amazing as usual, what kind of color do u use in the air brush, oil based or water based color. Do u use liquid or powder colors and then add water? Thx in advance
If you would have seen it in the venue, it made more sense. But I don't deliver any more, so I couldn't take the pictures. I saw the professional pictures, and it looked great;) But they aren't my pictures to share, and they were all from the side;(

For this one I used airbrush color. I have used gel food coloring mixed with everclear very thin, but an airbrush color does work best.
