Diy mode is weird. Doesnt turn off at the time i want. L8 cant b changed. So instead i just used a manual timer. It keeps its intensity settings but not time which is fine.
I just bought one of these Hygger HG-999 lights (18" to 24") for my planted 10 gallon tank. The light fit the small Aqueon tank just fine BUT THE CORD DOESN'T FIT THIS LIGHT!!! The problem?? I route everything towards the back of the tank where it's been painted black so that one doesn't see the wire menagerie though it's been worked on back there. Especially with the arrival of new equipment like this light. So if I'm routing everything towards the back of the tank I'd rather the wire exit from the light on the backside of the light instead of on the end like it does now. Then there's not that sharp 90 degree bend coming out of the light. So either move that to that back edge of the light or offer a choice where one would like that exit at - on the end or on that backside of the light. Next...lengthen the wire from the light to the controller again because I could then go right down directly to that back side. A longer wire there means the controller isn't hanging in the air like it is now instead of resting someplace next to where the air pump is setting. I figure it's about 6 inches shy of what it should be. Pay for that mod by making the remainder of that cord from the controller to the plug in, shorter as I'd gladly give up some total length for a little more length from the light to the controller so the controller can set next to the air pump as I mentioned above. Of course I learned all of this with the arrival and setup of the light but honestly if I knew then what I know now I would be looking for the light I described above even if it probably doesn't yet exist. On the other hand maybe it does...
Hi Paul. I think the tank for the large fish is far to small. They can't really swim around. Poor animals. Keeping fish is more than just putting them in water. Don't you want them to have a nice life?
Looks awesome Paul!!! Glad to have you back!!!!
Thanks man I appreciate it a lot! These types of comments keep me motivated!

You should see the public aquariums they’re living in now. They’ve got one hell of a nice life lmao. But ignorance is bliss now adays 👍🏼
I would like a sticker.
