Thanks for the detailed video, It's very informative. Can you confirm if they have only one Elevator and it takes a lot of time to reach to the top floors like 15 mins- I read in some reviews.
Yes true . They have 37th floor. It takes time . But still its a very nice place.

Bus have enough space to keep your luggages, no worries. And hotel booking must be pre paid because immigration officers check those things.

In public transports : metro is good but buses are also available and in cab section you can go for grab. Train stations are very nearby and everywhere’s available. Main market you can go bukit bintang, Petaling Street Market,Chow Kit Road Market and many more
@@PragyaOfficialYT After your video I am booking this hotel for 3 nights at 673 MYR via agoda. My question is regarding transportation from the hotel, Is it near to metro? and your video audio got distorted when you mentioned from bus station to hotel via grab. Where did bus drop you and how much grab charged from bus station to hotel. As I can see the grab app is showing 80 MYR from airport to hotel directly.
Metro is nearby to hotel. And we took bus from airport till kl central and kl central to hotel 19 MYR
