    Police smashed Belfields front door off the hinges, took away all his recording equipment, strip searched him, dismantled his car, searched his home for four and a half hours and arrested five times - with no charges brought against him - all because complaints made by people at the BBC. Hardly surprising he thought the BBC and Police were conspiring.

    If bellfield had a lawyer and barrister then he probably would of got community service. He basically took the piss out of the judicial system and I honestly think that's what got him a heavy hand. If his money is in a limited company then the court has no legal right to access or seize it. It is bellfield on trial not the company.

      It's absolute BS Haydn, as I've said in my other comment, it's more likely than not, the prison estate is planning for his release, either on HDU Home Detention Curfew, or he's going to be moved to open conditions as soon as place becomes available and it's his turn to be moved. He wouldn't be moved to a CAT C jail if they're was a genuine TTL, Risk of him harming himself or being in denial as to his culpability for his index offences. My guess is Adrian knows this, and is worried about how Alex will respond to his videos following his release, so is trying to come across as supportive and more measured, which is entirely laughable.

      From what I know of how they operate this sounds plausible to me. Prisons are very private places so they would not be happy about the media attention given to his situation via Hopkins ' visits. Moving him to a less favourable prison further away from family was probably an attempt to subdue and humble him because they have failed in their task of reducing risk of reoffending if the prisoner leaves prison with the same frame of mind in which they entered it.

    Alex's trial by jury, subsequent verdict & order by judge to incarcerate, using guidance from written laws of the land, I find easily understood. I am finding some of the questions or comments posted, naive at best, and downright ignorant (in the true sense of the word) at worst, about how the legal system works in your country, exasperating. Some of these people liked his arrogant brow beating of people on his You Tube talk show, and seemingly agreed with him, and now feel the punishment accorded to him was in someway special, made up out of the sky, or concocted outside the laws of the land, to punish Alex, in a way that no other person breaking those same laws would be treated. Exasperating to read these comments that are so silly, and down right ignorant. If the shoe were on the foot of these same commenters, and they were being stalked and harassed, I bet my bottom dollar they would want the full force of the law to defend their position.
    I think I need a cold compress and nice cup of tea after listening to your video today (lol), trying to explain to people the simple truth about Alex Belfield, his legal woes, brought on solely by himself.

      Your argument makes pure sense would that the law was applied equally. Sadly in the police state in which we now live the law is not applied equally. It’s the reason I gave for refusing to do jury service. The legal system in this country is so corrupt. I’m not rich enough or a celebrity or establishment so the legal system is stacked against me.

    I should also point out Adrian, the prison estate is almost at full capacity. This will mean internally, those serving certain sentences could very easily be eligible for early release on HDC or "Home Detention Curfew" to the 15 months you say he has left, could very easily be more like 3 or 4 months in custody with the rest served on HDC, in open conditions or in an approved premises such as a probation hostel, despite him being a home owner.

    • @ste9071
      @ste9071 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Doesn't work like that, not with a determinate sentence. He will automatically be released at the half way mark, regardless of whether or not he's engaged with internal services. The prison estate is at full capacity, and unless a judge has said at the time of passing sentence that he must engage in a particular service, such as rehabilitation, or some form of treatment, then legally he cannot be held past the half way mark, it would constitute false imprisonment, believe it or not.

    • @jopatten-walsh4167
      @jopatten-walsh4167 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@ste9071but it is my understanding that they can make engagement with certain services part of his licence which if he fails to fulfil, will result in a recall to prison serving possibly, the full sentence length?

    • @ste9071
      @ste9071 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@jopatten-walsh4167 Correct Jo, as part of his conditions, he may, in fact he will, have to engage with the probation service and report to them weekly, before maybe fortnightly and eventually monthly. As part of his licence conditions, he may he required to take part in activity days, such as victim awareness, counselling ect. It's also highly probable, he will have further questions to answer, hence my earlier comment re gate arrest. He nor his legals will know whether or not he will be nicked at the gate on release, but from my experience, it's a safe bet I'd say, particularly given the white collar offences that have come to light and will almost certainly be being investigated by the economical crime unit, either local to him, Notts Police, or the Met Police and Action Fraud.

    • @ste9071
      @ste9071 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Cliff, he cannot be held past the half way mark on his particular sentence. He has to be released no matter what, but that doesn't mean he won't be gate arrested for other matters, or be subsequently breached at a later time. But whether he is engaging within the prison estate or not, makes no difference to his release date. At the half way mark, he's out. There would need to be a serious serious reason, to hold him past that date, and I assure you, it doesn't happen often as it can lead to a false imprisonment claim against the prison, even 24 hours whilst an AP is found, can be viewed as false imprisonment. Come what may, he'll be released at the Automatic Release Date, half way mark.

      His license conditions will be based on what he's been convicted of so they might well involve TH-cam restrictions. Can't see him being banned from live performances though as they had nothing to do with the crime, but as Adrian said he might be on a curfew that rules out evening gigs. I personally don't think they'll be too many restrictions applied to his time on license and he's already been served lifetime bans on talking about or trying to contact any of the victims

      Henri Brandman ( Not Bramwell )l is/was Jim Davidson's Lawyer during Operation You Tree, amongst a HUGE catalogue of Celeb Clients, Micheal Barrymore and Rebekkah Brooks, Karren Brady and Wayne Rooney to name just a few. All that would be needed is a Freedom of Information Request to Brandman to ask the following question
      1. Was AB a Client?
      2. Did you earn a fee from representing AB?
      3) IF AB Was a Client, why Did you not represent AB In Court?, either at Magistrates, Crown or High Court
      If Brandman says they didn't work with AB, well that is more lies, he waxed lyrical live on YT about paying Ten Thousand to HB, but yet he has no legal representation in court. If the latter is found to be true and HB didn't have any substantial dealing with AB, then it can be proven without any doubt that AB Obtaining money by deception was an offence under the Theft Act 1968 and Theft Act 1978, now The Fraud Act 2006 (the Act) that came into force on 15 January 2007 and applies in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. The Act repealed the following offences: Theft Act 1968. Section15 (obtaining property by deception)

There was a kind of meet and greet with Katie when she was there. She professed most prisoners were not over-arching fans of Vine - for some unfathomable reason. Alex allegedly had found a new vocation as a Christian leader in the prison. Then suddenly, Alex is having problems and is moved on. Yeah right! Alex is far from perfect. I'm certainly deemed irredeemable. But, if you think the deplatforming, cancel culture mob, haven't got it in for Alex, regardless of what he says and does, then I'd say think again.

    Some people are NOT made in the image of the creator even if they are in a human form. Remember, there are two human creation stories in the Bible so not everyone is a fractal. What does that mean in practical terms? Some have individual souls reflecting the creator and some are over-souled (only have group consciousness) and some are a different entity altogether. It's all in the blueprint which is the energetic body if you have eyes to see.

    Maybe he might feel that when he comes out, through a sense of anger, legally going after the person or persons that put him in prison in his mind thinking things out. So it might not end when he is released. He will need money for this. Just a thought that this is what we will hear from him in time. A move to try and prove his innocence. He ought to think twice if this is so and just move on.. All depends on his depth of revenge. It could be words of threat with no substance. What happened to his house ?

    Belfield is clearly a troubled man and I have no problem with him being convicted but to label him "the UK's most prolific stalker" is going slightly too far the other way. I know that technically, in a legal sense why that claim can argued to be true but to most people, what Alex did would be more likely described as relentless harassment. When (again) most people think of stalking they think of physical action being taken rather than just lots of e-mails being sent or being lied about on a TH-cam video. I also think impact statements made by a couple of the victims around suicidal thoughts and Vine fearing for his family COULD also be embellishments designed to stick the knife into Alex further.

      Alex had a huge following who believed every word he said about Jeremy Vine. He also gave out Vine’s home address in a video to his followers. I read through some of his emails and quite honestly they were mean, vile, obsessive and disturbing. Definitely they were showing signs of mental illness and dare I say jealousy of others’ lives and achievements. Imagine getting them in their thousands. Bernie Keith was almost destroyed by this behaviour. He and the other victims have my sympathy. Belfield could have had a great career but his ‘always has to be right and a victim ‘ attitude became his own downfall.

    Adrian, a breach of licence conditions, doesn't automatically mean recall, that decision is up to his offender manager, (Probation Officer) with most recalls to custody only being for 21 day's as opposed to the remaining period of his original sentence. I've known people receive 12 month's immediate custody, and be released after 10 weeks on HDC for the remaining 16 weeks. The serving of half the original sentence is more a maximum period of imprisonment before being eligible for release, and unless he commits a further offence in custody, receives extra days, or is tried for other offences, he will automatically be released at the half way mark. However, he owns his own home, thus has a place to live, and could very well be released significantly earlier than the half way mark on monitoring, ie a PID or TAG as you'll know it, and be subject to a curfew, HDC. This means, he could in theory, be released in the very near future.
