My button still presses easily. But you have to press them both simultaneously and push the handle in to fold it. Maybe exchange yours it could be a defect

Do you find the stroller, flimsy? Like it seems to have a lot of wobble to it when i try to turn. Not sure if its just mine.

Mine is also so hard to press!!!!!!! It doesn't adjust super easily I'm dragging it up with a lot of effort.
