In the previous game, New Leaf, once you earned all the emotions, he taught you his final emotion which was a fun little dance called the Shrunk Funk Shuffle as you see in this video. The funny part is that when you "dance" the Shuffle in front of anyone, they dance along with you. It was a fun yet memorable part of the previous game.
Shrunk Shuffle, Anger, Outrage, Disbelief, Sweating, Sunniness, Desperation, Smiling Cheek, Begging and Noticed need to be new emotes in the game, considering most were in New Leaf and got removed for some reason

This would imply that internally that the players and NPCs all extend an entity class or something similar, so they all inherit & can use the same functions. If we fish around hard enough we might be able to hold a sandwich.

Possibly either the smug villagers or peppy villagers can do that dance. There's a conversation where the snooty villagers and the smug villagers talk to eachother. The smug villager performs a dance for the snooty villager AND POSSIBLY the shrunk funk shuffle can be added for that?

Actually, if you talk to a lazy villager, he will have a chance to talk about the island and thinks that it's just a game. Before he said he was kidding, the player does one of the reactions in the video so yes, the player can do one of the unused reactions Edit: I'm talking about 2:00
Imagine the 2 new personalities like brainy (male villagers) and timid (female villagers) that will learn you about these unused reactions. For example: Brainy: Anger, sweating, desperation, intense without stare and the best friend reaction is disbelief. Timid: begging, outrage, noticed, smiling and rubbing cheek and the best friend reaction is sunniness.
If you have all 44 reactions and unlock the fall update reactions, you can press the R trigger to go to a seperate page with 44 OTHER empty reaction slots. These slots could be used to add all the non-weird ones (weird ones include K.K. Animations, Gulliver, toned down happiness and intense, etc.) back from the old games.

I miss the joy i would get when the sunshine would peek through the curtains of my living room while i played City Folk. My mom would be cooking in the kitchen and i could smell it... I remember playing New Leaf for a whole summer. I loved HHD and Amiibo festival, i remember getting the app when it first released... I cant believe my life has led here. I miss when this series made me happy.
