Maybe Fizz got his robotic limbs after an accident with Blitz at the last show together as teenagers ,then in the trailer at they preformed Fizz and Blitz reunited as adults and preform and Fizz gives Blitz his scare. It would explain that hated between them Fizz blames Blitz for his robotic limbs and Blitz hates Fizz for giving him his scare and bring him down so Fizz can succeed
If Blitz really did have something to do with why Fizz has robotic limbs then at least that would explain why Fizz hates him so much. but despite what happened between them in the past at least Fizz has done pretty well for himself working for Asmodeus.
Young Fizz said that “Blood is disgusting.” while he and Young Blitz were playing. A dark theory is that Fizz chose to have his limbs replaced. He could be hemophobic (extreme fear or disgust towards blood) to the point where he opted to remove as much of it as possible thus removing his limbs. Fizz is an imp and probably also had his horns removed and face tattooed to hide this fact. Edit: I also wanted to add his appearance makes him look closer to the skeleton jesters which are higher in the species hierarchy, which would give Fizz more status.
I remember there’s something I forgot what it’s called but some people just get tired of their limbs or body parts and then regret it sometimes after getting the limb taken away

Body dysmorphia is a very serious and extreme disorder which can cause people to achieve their goal in extremely dangerous ways that guarantee their desired effect. Maybe Fizz tried to do this, that would explain the supposed hospital scene. Maybe Blitz tried to stop him from doing it and thus caused his massive scar. “Loo Loo Land” did have a scene where Robo Fizz was on fire and extreme burns would need serious medical attention and possibly even amputation if its a health hazard as the effected areas would be exposed to decay and disease.
What I can't get over is fizz's horns. At Ozzies his horns are super flexible like they are gone and it is just a jesters hat. In the kid flashback they are in fact ridged real horns. Leaves me to believe he's missing them entirely or they are stumps. What if this happened at blitzo's family circus and that's why it seems to no longer be around. Could explain why blitz's parents aren't around. Maybe he messed up the act so bad that he even accidentally killed his parents. Also puts fizz in the hospital with horrendous injuries. Maybe the one animatic we see is blitz trying to reconcile with fizz and is betrayed. Hence why they hate each other.
I think the whole "scar" thing with Fiz, his entire face being white is a really fascinating idea. If that is the case, it would be interesting if the red part on his nose is actually all that is left of his red skin color. It's shaped like a clown nose, right. When they were little and performing, Fiz was wearing a clown nose. What if he was wearing said clown nose during the "accident" which basically shielded that part of his face from fire or whatever happened? 👀
I don’t think Blizto’s “what a mouth” line implied anything sexual. It was an impulsive take on how he easily spat out the bullet with no contest. More of a “that’s what she said” joke than anything.
True but you gotta admit in the episode where moxxie and blitz hallucinated fizz could be a childhood friend, to a lover because in the episode verosika has a broken heart which could indicate blitz breaking her heart but fizz also has the same broken heart as verosika. If the broken heart means heart break from relationships it could mean they did date for awhile
To me Blitz's scar always looked like it came from an explosion. And an explosion could easily take off a limb or two. I think Fizz and Blitz had an act together, but Fizz got a huge offer for a solo act that he took, Blitz didn't take it well and turned to some light sabotage, but he miscalculated somewhere, resulting in a large explosion he was on the edge of, but Fizz was right in the middle of it. There relationship always felt more 'both sides did something shitty' to me than it being solely Blitz's fault they fell out
I think if Fizz didn’t lose his limbs in some sort of accident that caused Blitz’s white scar he may have sold them and his horns to Mammon in exchange for success and notoriety. His hat is way too floppy for him to have full grown imp horns underneath it. That’s a fact we see on screen. And Mammon, being the king of the Greed that he is and likely seeing Fizz’s potential as an entertainer, would have taken the deal. How Fizz ended up with Ozzie is anyones guess at this point. Maybe the King of Lust got smitten by the robo-imps charm and witty jokes, I can’t claim to know. But they are cute together.
Blitzø's scar was definitely sustained during some kind of performance accident in his teens/early adulthood when him and Fizz were still a performance duo. Fizz was probably the one that ended up backstabbed Blitzø when the accident happened. He signed on with Mammon and underwent a "rebranding" with the robotic prosthetics and horn removal to maintain the status quo.
5:37 Honestly those look more like stolas' hands, not Fizzoroli's. Why would they put bandages/IV on a robotic limbs? Possibly foreshadowing Stolas being injured or harmed later down the road.
It could be Blizz’s hand. In the flashback of him as a kid he didn’t had any kinda of white spots, while now he is covered in it. Have you noticed that Blizz hands are red on the fingers but white on the palms? The bandages seems to match.
I have an inkling feeling Blitzo was framed for the reason Fizzaroli and Blitzo’s friendship flatlined. Because Wally’s appearance so far has been rather slim shady and maybe he spread lies about Blitzo injuring Fizzaroli when maybe Fizzaroli himself or someone else setup the act to go haywire.

I have a theory that Fizz’s limb enhancements were both from an accident and him willingly choosing them. Maybe he got burned and lost one limb in a performance accident with Blitz, then gets picked up by Mammon (I’m pretty sure he works for Mammon). Since he was already said the be a “big draw” even at a young age, so Mammon might have already known about him and made a offer when Fizz was emotionally vulnerable. Then maybe he willingly replaced his arms with the limb enhancements and remove his horns so he could be more “marketable”.
I personally have theorized that given a clip in the trailer of Fizz and Blitzø going to seemingly meet someone important Fizz’s talent had caught the attention of Mammon and they were invited to meet him, and in an attempt to impress him, Fizz tried to use some kind of explosion act that went wrong (maybe because of Blitzø) and pretty horrifically injured both of them One other thing to note in the clip of Blitzø and Fizz walking together, Blitzø doesn’t seem all that excited for meeting whoever they were going to as Fizz does, implying that this was mainly Fizz’s thing And so if you where to couple everything together, including some jealousy that seems to have been boiling under the surface Blitzø might have concluded that he would be better off if he rid himself of Fizz, basically abandoning Fizz when he would’ve needed him most Leaving him to make some kind of deal with Mammon (the robotic enhancements) and leading to the bitterness we see in present day
Fans have theorize that the reason Blitzø and Fizzarolli relationship went bad is from a circus performance gone wrong. In some shots in the season 2 storyboard trailer, it looks like Fizzarolli in the hospital. I think the reason the relationship was changed is because of Mammon because in episode 2, you see a lot of Fizzarolli merchandise in the background everywhere (cereal box, toys, posters, etc.). I think maybe Mammon offered Fizzarolli success but he can't bring Blitzø with him because Fizzarolli is better of the two. Honestly, I think Fizzarolli took the offer. And seeing Fizz getting successful made Blitzø consider him a sellout; and maybe Fizzarolli is resentful to Blitzø because instead of being happy for him, Blitzø just pushed him away. The whole Ozzie/Fizz and Stolas/Blitzø relationship isn't totally different; because remember Stolas was fine with going to the club with Blitzø and calling Blitzø his 'darling Blitzy' in episode 5; but I think it is when it is his superiors judging, he feels more ashamed. With Ozzie/Fizz, I think it is the same thing. I think Ozzie is fine showing some kind of affection towards Fizzarolli but if it is with his peers, he hides it. Again, this is just my guess. I'm hoping season 2 will reveal what happened between Blitzø and Fizzarolli, especially because everyone theorizes that whatever it was most likely resulted in Fizz becoming and amputee and caused him to wear extendable prosthetics.
In an earlier episode you were curious about why Stolas was recently born, as opposed to being thousands of years old. I just read a book, and one of the phrases that stood out was “10th of his name”. Meaning that the tenth of his name was born in a line of characters, and every time one of his forebears dies, and the next one born is named after whoever just died. I imagine that something like that happens in Hell.
Another thing that I just noticed that in S1 E7 of Helluva Boss at 5:28 - 5:30 just as Fizzorolli getting in Blitz's face, you can see Blitz watching Stolas trying to flee the scene before Asmodeus forces Stolas to sit back down. Just an observation because in the animatic it does seem like both Asmodeus & Fizzorolli get called for being hypocritical of Stolitz being together when it looks like that Asmodeus & Fizzorolli have a relationship of thier own.
I think blitz wanted to go on a act with his sister leaving Fizaroli with his own acts but then maybe something happened ending up with Fizaroli loosing his limbs and later when blitz's sister lost her fame he returned to do an act with cuz but maybe cuz felt resentment towards blitz for abandoning him probably because blits left him on a short notice or somethingand ended up burning his face.
Something unsettling I just noticed was the balloon horses were foreshadowing at least the green one. Maybe nothing huge but a reminder that Blitzø and Fizzarolli basically had a misunderstanding or huge accident that got Fizzarolli turned into a quadrupled amputee and ruined their friendship.
In Blitz hallucination the illusion Fizz mentioned Blitz tried a solo acted it didn't end well, maybe there was an accident at either Mammon concert or a performance at the Circus. Blitz tried to help Fizz but ended blaming him, they fight till they'd just went separate ways, Fizz met Asmodeus and he helped Fizz by getting Limb enhancers.
I believe the Great Pirate War isn’t just foreshadowing for Fizz losing his limbs but also how he lost them. Later that episode, Blitzo plays a game with Stolas where he is a pirate. Blitzo (the pirate) and Fizz were fighting (the war) and Fizz ended up severely injured.
I have a feeling that storyboard shot of Fizz and Blitzo walking down some hallway as kids at 1:33 where Fizz looks really excited for something like he's dreaming about it could be the same episode with Mammon's big stage show we see a shot of in the season 2 trailer with the blaring green lights. I have a feeling Fizz is dreaming about meeting Mammon or moving up in the greed ring's hierarchy to gain Mammon's respect or to be a big star like him despite most of the ring's profits probably going straight to Mammon's pocket anyway considering the sin of greed and what Mammon will probably be like. I think whether Fizz lost his limbs in an accident or not he may have been convinced by Mammon perhaps to use his new robotic limbs to grow big and gain status, and do things he couldn't do before with normal limbs. Mammon may have even been the one to manipulate Fizz (maybe Fizz was manipulated somehow im not sure) into dropping all contact with Blitzo and moving on from him and their act to new heights where he had to go solo if he wanted to make it big, so Mammon kinda made him a star and eventually Fizz left the greed ring to pursue even bigger dreams and went to the lust ring to work for Ozzie where the two gained their connection, and in exchange the lust ring started producing the sex and entertainment bot copies of Fizz to give to the greed ring to fuel them after one of their biggest stars left, so I think whatever happened to Fizz and how he actually grew into such an icon in the rings of Hell was most likely heavily influenced by and heavily involved people like Mammon and Asmodeus and giving into the sin of greed, completely on theme so it would make sense, Fizz left Blitzo behind in the dust to grow as a famous solo act and become a true star in Hell. All just speculation but I just wanted to put this here since alot of people online I've seen say Mammon may be Fizz's Father and he looks up to him but I think it may be more of a manipulative/abusive business relationship where Mammon is using Fizz's admiration for him as a tactic to use Fizz as profit machine
Fizarolli: "Back in the Greed Ring we both survived the blast, all you had to show for it was a minor scratch!" Blitzø: "The scars go deeper, you should see that Fiz!" (I really want to see if anyone understands what I'm parodying here.) Anyway... So I really think this can go either way as to how much Blitz was involved in whatever happened to Fiz. And while yes his scar is not present after the RoboFizs were introduced, I would not be surprised if this was retconed as it would not be the first time a small detail or two was added later, it just fits a bit too perfectly. Despite me belief that the future boss of I.M.P. had something to do with what happened to his childhood best friend, I do not believe it was Blitzø's direct fault, but rather something outside of his control. Forgive me for making this comparison but something like what happened between Elsa and Anna from Frozen, where Elsa struck Anna accidentally with an ice blast because she was going too fast. Something like Fiz 'biting off more than he could chew' or something to that effect could provide a suitable reason for him to resent Blitzø while also not adding on to the list of reasons why Blitzø may as well be a villain if he wasn't our lead protagonist. Blitzø being a part of whatever Fiz was doing but then both getting injured when Fiz pushes the two too far but resenting Blitz for something outside of his control could also serve to add to his complex that everyone eventually leaves him or is willing to cast him aside at a moments notice.
In the season 2 trailer Fizz and Asmodeus get relationship gets exposed not only making them hypocrites of Moxxie and Millie, Blitz and Stolas relationship , and because of that the natural citizens of Hell might go deeper to see what else are they hiding and might be exposed of being an imp
I have a slightly odd theory that maybe Fizzarolli was struggling for money because the circus acts weren't making much so he sold his limbs to mammon the lord of greed and hid the fact he was an imp and made himself look more like the clown like residents in the greed ring to make more money because imps are the lowest rank in hell and maybe he was embarrassed or smth idk.
For me, Fizzaroli body might be just like Raiden from metal gear solid series. The only organic part left might be the head and his spine. The rest is just full machine.
I feel like it would most likely make more sense if this happened after the accident seeing how Blitzo was scrolling through his phone showing two pictures of him and fizzorali but after they showed them as teenagers I assume it must of happened during that time leading Blitzo and him to have a fall out just like he said in ep six when they tried to work together but it didn’t work out so well.
I'm honestly a bit confused about the whole Ozzie's scene, because Asmodeus and Fizz i think made fun of Blitz and Stolad comming there together on a so called "date"/spy moment. Mostly making fun of stolas being on a date with an imp, but like... Fizz also was/is an imp, and nobody talks about his and Asmodeus relation, unless it's just me sensing more than just boss-empleyee relationship
My theory is that Blitzø and Fizz were childhood friends turned lovers but Blitzø was always second fiddle to fizz. At first fizz tried to help Blitzø with his acts and had a double act with him like they did when they were kids. But as fizz grew more popular and in more of a demand, greed started to blind him to Blitzø. He started to feel more held back and weighed down by him rather than love him like he used to. I bet fizz started to use him/manipulate him into doing things for him. This would explain Blitzøs fear of rejection comes from and how he tends to push people away before they can leave him. I theorize that fizz got a major opportunity to audition for some big shot, that would catapult him into a larger spotlight. Blitzø was either included in this or begged to come along stating his usefulness. I think that fizz was so irritated by Blitzø at this point holding him back that he purposely sabotaged Blitzøs part in this audition and upstaged him. Now here’s where the theory can split off, either fizz and Blitzø had a major fight before the audition and both purposely tried to sabotage each other leading to the accident. Or Blitzø knew fizz was starting to resent him and use him and was purposely sabotaging his parts of the audition and lost it and did something that caused the huge accident that left them both hurt.
In the flashback it appears more likely that its red lighting given the fact that the exact same red on the side of his horns along with how if it wasn’t light his makeup would he awkwardly cut off and that its not the same color as his actual skin.
It will be Interesting to See how Fizzorolli Lost His Arms and Legs, So We will get an Episode with that Backstory Sometime, And that will be Interesting to See, As its Definitely Something People are Curious about!
I think Fizzarolli got his limbs replaced on purpose because Asmodeus and Mammon convinced him that it would help his career which it did. And I think Fizzarolli is responsible for Blitzo's facial scar.
I’m on bored with the theory that something when horribly wrong during the Manmon performance. (at least that’s what I believe is being seen depicted in the story board animatic) Maybe it wasn’t just a fire, but an explosion that was possibly caused by the use of reckless pyrotechnics. I feel like this would account for the possible missing limbs and or horns for Fizzorolly. as well as the scar on Blitzo’s face and possibly his body. Fizzorolly was either extremely close to what combusted and exploded. Resulting in loss of limbs and other body parts or… Blitzo could’ve panicked and or accidentally (or intentionally) shoved Fizzorolly into the source(s) of the explosion(s) or Blitzo grew jealous because Fizzroly was getting more praise than him and intentionally caused an explosion Again, this would make scents for Fizzorolly’s loss of limbs and damaged horns. Hell, this would even explain why Blitzo got more minimal damage (I.E. the scar on his face) and why Fizzorolly despises Blitzo so much - What I’m saying is Fizzorolly’s body took the brunt of the explosion (he was either quite close to the source or took the shock wave impact of the explosion at point blank range) This would result in a possible full body burn, loss of his limbs and destroyed horns. Furthermore if Fizzorolly’s body did take the initial impact (acting like a shock absorber) than Blitzo would be left with 3rd degree burns and or shrapnel burns (shrapnel is bits of white hot metal or super heated debris from the source of the explosion that fan out when said device or ammunition detonates) And amongst all the carnage, Blitzo probably didn’t help. He probably bailed and left Fizzorolly for dead and or thought Fizzorolly WAS already dead. Again this is another reason why Fizzorolly has such animosity towards Blitzo I want to know your thoughts on this, feel free to add your own personal theory’s in the replies
If you think about it The horse is green and in the future fizzarolli has some hints of green and the other horse is red the same color scheme blitzo has also blitzo is the one holding the green horse
My theory since watching the newest episode is that when Stolas's father saw the mansion ransacked he knew it was blitz and his family that swindled them. So he got revenge on them but burning down the circus, thus burning Blitz and making those new scars, brining Fizz and making him need to have new limbs and body parts, and it could be why Barbie is gone and the family isn't a circus anymore.
i wonder where blitzo got the specific idea to kill humans for money and what motivated him to actually do it. It would be crazy if somehow stolas being able to access the mortal realm somehow ended up causing a problem while they were children making blitz hate those from the living world.
alright, this is what I think Blitzo and fizz where doing an act then Fizz got all the attention after Blitzo walked out, someone walking past was holding a birthday cake that said “ Happy Birthday Fizz” it had candles on it with a green flame Blitzo accidentally pushed the cake out of there hands and the cakes candles lit the curtains on fire. Then they all tried to get out. In the Allstate scene it showed Blitzo holding his face and Fizz on the ground with his horns bunt and hit arms blacked
With modern Fizarolli being some kind of robot clown gigolo and Blitzo's dad being so willing to basically pimp out his own son for a play date with a noble. I wonder when Fizarolli got exposed to the sex trade. I don't know if the show will go there if it does maybe when Fizarolli is depicted as older, but it's Hell and it could make for an interesting backstory that part of the rift between Blitzo and Fizarolli is that Blitzo's dad let him get abused him in that way for money.
I never got the vibe that Blitzo had sexual feelings to Fizz/Robofizz. I honestly just assumed the 'oh what a mouth' was just him being him usual smarmy self and couldn't resist the joke when Robofizz caught the bullet
I also noticed that kid fizz has solid horns while present fizz has floppy horns and I think that he also lost his horns and covers that up with a jester hat that looks like his old horns
I always kind of think that shot might have been stolas, he gets tied to a train track and he might be recovering at home the phone might be just him messaging blitzo and kind of giving up. The white wraps look like bandages and the black line definitely looks like an IV to me
This will probably not happen, but I think there could be fizzourai redemption arc in season 2.In the trailer there is a scene that appears to be fizz and asmodeus being caught having a romantic moment. This could lead to fizz being discovered as a imp and having his fame and popularity stripped away from him cause him to become washed up and without ozzie. This could lead to him going back to bliz for help. Obvious bliz would still be angry at fizz after he embarrassed him in front of entire audience at ozzie's, but by the end of the episode they could both could leave on somewhat good terms. Probably won't happen but who know🤷♂️
I could see it being a jealousy thing, we know that blitz acts out due to his emotions. And his childhood best friend being noticed by asmodeus after his twin sister also left him for fame would definitely have him "default" to violence that he uses to act out in the show. Starting a fight with fizz which ended up causing a large fire, potentially injuring the both of them
I like to think that Blitzo did abandon Fizz in some way. Either abandoning him on stage in hopes of making it big by himself or while an incident is going on which lead to Fizz's augmentations. Fizz blamed him and agreed to go with Asmodeus when given the chance. Blitzo refuses to blame himself which drove him to see Fizz as a sellout instead of seeing where he went wrong in their relationship
Fun fact: fizzarolli has a normal red nose and the rest of his face/body white because during the explosion where he got his scars, he was wearing his clown nose and it shielded the explosion
I'm thinking the possibility exist for the situation to have played out like this: Fizz brigs up the idea of using fire in their act, Blitz doesn't think it's a good idea since if something goes wrong it could end badly but goes along with it because he likes Fizz, The show works for a little but Fizz wants to take it to the next level, something that would really get them noticed, Blitz doesn't want to but doesn't say anything because since fizz started using fire they got more popular, During their big show blitz makes a mistake, maybe even just a small mistake, something that wouldn't have mattered that much if they weren't using fire, This results is a disaster that leaves fizz in critical condition and fizz with his scars, Fizz blames Blitz for what happened to him. I doubt it will play out like that, for all I know blitz got jealous that fizz was more popular then him and tried using fire and everything went wrong.
My personal theory is that they went to a mammon concert for an audition n they ended up causing an accident, blitz left fizz behind and fizz was fixed by mammon for profit and given to asmodeus for that profit, thus fizz succeeded and blitz became jealous To me it would make more sense why blitz looks so nervous going to an event with fizz
He could also just have sold his limbs willingly. Folks seem deadset on an accident happening at the same time as Blitz getting his scar. Can't hurt to think of other options with this stuff.
One thing about this that's gonna bug me unless SOMEONE says it- Now that more episodes have come out we know that at 5:38-5:46 when CartoonUniverse says that the arm might be Fizz's robotic replacement we now know that it's Stolas's. I'm sure everyone has seen that episode so I'm not going to explain it- but the rest of the video brings up really good points, theories, and ideas👍
My theory is that when blitz and fizz were still buddies they went to loo loo land to audition for a part as we in episode 2 that they used to perform together even when they got older. I do think fizz lost his limbs in a fire because in the season 2 trailer we a girl holding a sign and her eyes got set on fire during a mammon concert. Maybe mammon was the cause of fizzaroli losing his limbs.
I would like to mention we possibly see Blitz s sister in the season 2 episode 1, as the Type rope walker performer we see brefley, or that’s what I see. Hence her name, Barbie Wire
I think the arms were robotic before the accident that gave Blitz the scar, but after that he got damaged all over his body, like William Afton when he put on the springbonnie suit too fast.
For my personal theory is that the incident happened during a solo act for Fizz. Fizz has gotten so popular that Blitz is little more then dead weight. Fizz is getting attention from fans, from Mammon, possibly leaving Blitz behind, and is overall better off. So Blitz decides to sabotage one of Fizz's acts, maybe not with the intention to hurt him but just embarrass him. It's one of Fizz's fire acts and thanks to Blitz, everything goes wrong. Blitz gets his scar and Fizz has to have the robotic enhancements
Something that could have happened is during blitzo's solo act he messed up causing something to go terribly wrong like a fire. It mentions in the episode truth seekers during his hallucination that he "tried to solo act, it didn't end so well"
OMG I just realized something. The animatic scene of what could be Fizzaroli or Stolas putting a phone down and then a petal falls on it. If it's Stolas then it could explain the IV ,but I don't think it's him cuz my experience being in the hospital for seizures I've gotten IVs on my arm and they never wrap anything over around my arm cuz it needs the blood flow. They put tape on it to keep it safe. Now my guess it could be Fizzaroli cuz they probably put something in his robot arms to keep it functioning normally. That's my two theories. Anything with future technology can be possible in hell

I'm not really sure if the Hand with the IV-Line is Fizz. It could just as easily be Stolas which wouldn't surprise me as there's definitely going to be one assassination attempt this season which might seriously damage him. Would make for one hell (HA) of a climatic Finale perhaps. Also, in the scene were Fizzarolli does the puke-gesture, his tongue also seems robotic given that it's striped. That could give more credit to the Idea that he removed his limbs on purpose, especially after becoming popular in the Lust Ring because... Well... Think of what such a tongue could do * wink wink *
Okay maybe the reason why reason why Blitz did not have the scar in the same time Robo Fizz was around, was because Real Fizz was already famous around when Robo Fizz was around, and for old time sakes Blitz and Fizz decided to do one last show, then the accident happened.
When blitz in clown make up. We still can't tell if he has at scar or not cuz that red is a red light highlight from the tent. You can tell with that blue/black line doesn't go all the way around and just cuts off. Also the red highlights on his horn and shoulders. So that scene gives us nothing.
I’m thinking maybe Fizzarolli and Asmodeus already hooked up/found him and made the robotic versions first, then used the same technology to save Fizzarolli when he lost his limbs.🤔 This way it can still have the limb loss happen when Blitz may have tried to reconnect with Fizzarolli/do a joint act and then the accident happened.

Maybe Fizz got his robotic limbs after an accident with Blitz at the last show together as teenagers ,then in the trailer at they preformed Fizz and Blitz reunited as adults and preform and Fizz gives Blitz his scare. It would explain that hated between them Fizz blames Blitz for his robotic limbs and Blitz hates Fizz for giving him his scare and bring him down so Fizz can succeed

It’s been confirmed that it was Blitzo’s(Blitz) fault in the new Ep that came out
Young Fizz said that “Blood is disgusting.” while he and Young Blitz were playing.
A dark theory is that Fizz chose to have his limbs replaced. He could be hemophobic (extreme fear or disgust towards blood) to the point where he opted to remove as much of it as possible thus removing his limbs.
Fizz is an imp and probably also had his horns removed and face tattooed to hide this fact.
Edit: I also wanted to add his appearance makes him look closer to the skeleton jesters which are higher in the species hierarchy, which would give Fizz more status.
I remember there’s something I forgot what it’s called but some people just get tired of their limbs or body parts and then regret it sometimes after getting the limb taken away

Body dysmorphia is a very serious and extreme disorder which can cause people to achieve their goal in extremely dangerous ways that guarantee their desired effect. Maybe Fizz tried to do this, that would explain the supposed hospital scene. Maybe Blitz tried to stop him from doing it and thus caused his massive scar. “Loo Loo Land” did have a scene where Robo Fizz was on fire and extreme burns would need serious medical attention and possibly even amputation if its a health hazard as the effected areas would be exposed to decay and disease.

What I can't get over is fizz's horns. At Ozzies his horns are super flexible like they are gone and it is just a jesters hat. In the kid flashback they are in fact ridged real horns. Leaves me to believe he's missing them entirely or they are stumps. What if this happened at blitzo's family circus and that's why it seems to no longer be around. Could explain why blitz's parents aren't around. Maybe he messed up the act so bad that he even accidentally killed his parents. Also puts fizz in the hospital with horrendous injuries. Maybe the one animatic we see is blitz trying to reconcile with fizz and is betrayed. Hence why they hate each other.

I think the whole "scar" thing with Fiz, his entire face being white is a really fascinating idea. If that is the case, it would be interesting if the red part on his nose is actually all that is left of his red skin color. It's shaped like a clown nose, right. When they were little and performing, Fiz was wearing a clown nose. What if he was wearing said clown nose during the "accident" which basically shielded that part of his face from fire or whatever happened? 👀

To me Blitz's scar always looked like it came from an explosion. And an explosion could easily take off a limb or two.
I think Fizz and Blitz had an act together, but Fizz got a huge offer for a solo act that he took, Blitz didn't take it well and turned to some light sabotage, but he miscalculated somewhere, resulting in a large explosion he was on the edge of, but Fizz was right in the middle of it.
There relationship always felt more 'both sides did something shitty' to me than it being solely Blitz's fault they fell out
I think if Fizz didn’t lose his limbs in some sort of accident that caused Blitz’s white scar he may have sold them and his horns to Mammon in exchange for success and notoriety. His hat is way too floppy for him to have full grown imp horns underneath it. That’s a fact we see on screen. And Mammon, being the king of the Greed that he is and likely seeing Fizz’s potential as an entertainer, would have taken the deal. How Fizz ended up with Ozzie is anyones guess at this point. Maybe the King of Lust got smitten by the robo-imps charm and witty jokes, I can’t claim to know. But they are cute together.

Blitzø's scar was definitely sustained during some kind of performance accident in his teens/early adulthood when him and Fizz were still a performance duo. Fizz was probably the one that ended up backstabbed Blitzø when the accident happened. He signed on with Mammon and underwent a "rebranding" with the robotic prosthetics and horn removal to maintain the status quo.

It could be Blizz’s hand. In the flashback of him as a kid he didn’t had any kinda of white spots, while now he is covered in it. Have you noticed that Blizz hands are red on the fingers but white on the palms? The bandages seems to match.

I have an inkling feeling Blitzo was framed for the reason Fizzaroli and Blitzo’s friendship flatlined. Because Wally’s appearance so far has been rather slim shady and maybe he spread lies about Blitzo injuring Fizzaroli when maybe Fizzaroli himself or someone else setup the act to go haywire.

I have a theory that Fizz’s limb enhancements were both from an accident and him willingly choosing them. Maybe he got burned and lost one limb in a performance accident with Blitz, then gets picked up by Mammon (I’m pretty sure he works for Mammon). Since he was already said the be a “big draw” even at a young age, so Mammon might have already known about him and made a offer when Fizz was emotionally vulnerable. Then maybe he willingly replaced his arms with the limb enhancements and remove his horns so he could be more “marketable”.

Fizz’s talent had caught the attention of Mammon and they were invited to meet him, and in an attempt to impress him, Fizz tried to use some kind of explosion act that went wrong (maybe because of Blitzø) and pretty horrifically injured both of them
One other thing to note in the clip of Blitzø and Fizz walking together, Blitzø doesn’t seem all that excited for meeting whoever they were going to as Fizz does, implying that this was mainly Fizz’s thing
And so if you where to couple everything together, including some jealousy that seems to have been boiling under the surface
Blitzø might have concluded that he would be better off if he rid himself of Fizz, basically abandoning Fizz when he would’ve needed him most
Leaving him to make some kind of deal with Mammon (the robotic enhancements) and leading to the bitterness we see in present day
Fans have theorize that the reason Blitzø and Fizzarolli relationship went bad is from a circus performance gone wrong. In some shots in the season 2 storyboard trailer, it looks like Fizzarolli in the hospital.
I think the reason the relationship was changed is because of Mammon because in episode 2, you see a lot of Fizzarolli merchandise in the background everywhere (cereal box, toys, posters, etc.). I think maybe Mammon offered Fizzarolli success but he can't bring Blitzø with him because Fizzarolli is better of the two. Honestly, I think Fizzarolli took the offer. And seeing Fizz getting successful made Blitzø consider him a sellout; and maybe Fizzarolli is resentful to Blitzø because instead of being happy for him, Blitzø just pushed him away.
The whole Ozzie/Fizz and Stolas/Blitzø relationship isn't totally different; because remember Stolas was fine with going to the club with Blitzø and calling Blitzø his 'darling Blitzy' in episode 5; but I think it is when it is his superiors judging, he feels more ashamed. With Ozzie/Fizz, I think it is the same thing. I think Ozzie is fine showing some kind of affection towards Fizzarolli but if it is with his peers, he hides it.

In an earlier episode you were curious about why Stolas was recently born, as opposed to being thousands of years old. I just read a book, and one of the phrases that stood out was “10th of his name”. Meaning that the tenth of his name was born in a line of characters, and every time one of his forebears dies, and the next one born is named after whoever just died. I imagine that something like that happens in Hell.
Another thing that I just noticed that in S1 E7 of Helluva Boss at 5:28 - 5:30 just as Fizzorolli getting in Blitz's face, you can see Blitz watching Stolas trying to flee the scene before Asmodeus forces Stolas to sit back down. Just an observation because in the animatic it does seem like both Asmodeus & Fizzorolli get called for being hypocritical of Stolitz being together when it looks like that Asmodeus & Fizzorolli have a relationship of thier own.

I think blitz wanted to go on a act with his sister leaving Fizaroli with his own acts but then maybe something happened ending up with Fizaroli loosing his limbs and later when blitz's sister lost her fame he returned to do an act with cuz but maybe cuz felt resentment towards blitz for abandoning him probably because blits left him on a short notice or somethingand ended up burning his face.
These two perfectly fit the trope of "one's Bros but now enemies." and generally that trop involves a third party of some sort.

Something unsettling I just noticed was the balloon horses were foreshadowing at least the green one. Maybe nothing huge but a reminder that Blitzø and Fizzarolli basically had a misunderstanding or huge accident that got Fizzarolli turned into a quadrupled amputee and ruined their friendship.
In Blitz hallucination the illusion Fizz mentioned Blitz tried a solo acted it didn't end well, maybe there was an accident at either Mammon concert or a performance at the Circus.
Blitz tried to help Fizz but ended blaming him, they fight till they'd just went separate ways, Fizz met Asmodeus and he helped Fizz by getting Limb enhancers.

I believe the Great Pirate War isn’t just foreshadowing for Fizz losing his limbs but also how he lost them. Later that episode, Blitzo plays a game with Stolas where he is a pirate. Blitzo (the pirate) and Fizz were fighting (the war) and Fizz ended up severely injured.
I have a feeling that storyboard shot of Fizz and Blitzo walking down some hallway as kids at 1:33 where Fizz looks really excited for something like he's dreaming about it could be the same episode with Mammon's big stage show we see a shot of in the season 2 trailer with the blaring green lights. I have a feeling Fizz is dreaming about meeting Mammon or moving up in the greed ring's hierarchy to gain Mammon's respect or to be a big star like him despite most of the ring's profits probably going straight to Mammon's pocket anyway considering the sin of greed and what Mammon will probably be like. I think whether Fizz lost his limbs in an accident or not he may have been convinced by Mammon perhaps to use his new robotic limbs to grow big and gain status, and do things he couldn't do before with normal limbs. Mammon may have even been the one to manipulate Fizz (maybe Fizz was manipulated somehow im not sure) into dropping all contact with Blitzo and moving on from him and their act to new heights where he had to go solo if he wanted to make it big, so Mammon kinda made him a star and eventually Fizz left the greed ring to pursue even bigger dreams and went to the lust ring to work for Ozzie where the two gained their connection, and in exchange the lust ring started producing the sex and entertainment bot copies of Fizz to give to the greed ring to fuel them after one of their biggest stars left, so I think whatever happened to Fizz and how he actually grew into such an icon in the rings of Hell was most likely heavily influenced by and heavily involved people like Mammon and Asmodeus and giving into the sin of greed, completely on theme so it would make sense, Fizz left Blitzo behind in the dust to grow as a famous solo act and become a true star in Hell. All just speculation but I just wanted to put this here since alot of people online I've seen say Mammon may be Fizz's Father and he looks up to him but I think it may be more of a manipulative/abusive business relationship where Mammon is using Fizz's admiration for him as a tactic to use Fizz as profit machine
Fizarolli: "Back in the Greed Ring we both survived the blast, all you had to show for it was a minor scratch!"

So I really think this can go either way as to how much Blitz was involved in whatever happened to Fiz. And while yes his scar is not present after the RoboFizs were introduced, I would not be surprised if this was retconed as it would not be the first time a small detail or two was added later, it just fits a bit too perfectly. Despite me belief that the future boss of I.M.P. had something to do with what happened to his childhood best friend, I do not believe it was Blitzø's direct fault, but rather something outside of his control. Forgive me for making this comparison but something like what happened between Elsa and Anna from Frozen, where Elsa struck Anna accidentally with an ice blast because she was going too fast. Something like Fiz 'biting off more than he could chew' or something to that effect could provide a suitable reason for him to resent Blitzø while also not adding on to the list of reasons why Blitzø may as well be a villain if he wasn't our lead protagonist. Blitzø being a part of whatever Fiz was doing but then both getting injured when Fiz pushes the two too far but resenting Blitz for something outside of his control could also serve to add to his complex that everyone eventually leaves him or is willing to cast him aside at a moments notice.
In the season 2 trailer Fizz and Asmodeus get relationship gets exposed not only making them hypocrites of Moxxie and Millie, Blitz and Stolas relationship , and because of that the natural citizens of Hell might go deeper to see what else are they hiding and might be exposed of being an imp
So Blitzø's "wormhorse" could be foreshadowing a future episode where we find out what happened to Fizz's limbs
I have a slightly odd theory that maybe Fizzarolli was struggling for money because the circus acts weren't making much so he sold his limbs to mammon the lord of greed and hid the fact he was an imp and made himself look more like the clown like residents in the greed ring to make more money because imps are the lowest rank in hell and maybe he was embarrassed or smth idk.
For me, Fizzaroli body might be just like Raiden from metal gear solid series. The only organic part left might be the head and his spine. The rest is just full machine.
I feel like it would most likely make more sense if this happened after the accident seeing how Blitzo was scrolling through his phone showing two pictures of him and fizzorali but after they showed them as teenagers I assume it must of happened during that time leading Blitzo and him to have a fall out just like he said in ep six when they tried to work together but it didn’t work out so well.
I'm honestly a bit confused about the whole Ozzie's scene, because Asmodeus and Fizz i think made fun of Blitz and Stolad comming there together on a so called "date"/spy moment. Mostly making fun of stolas being on a date with an imp, but like... Fizz also was/is an imp, and nobody talks about his and Asmodeus relation, unless it's just me sensing more than just boss-empleyee relationship

My theory is that Blitzø and Fizz were childhood friends turned lovers but Blitzø was always second fiddle to fizz. At first fizz tried to help Blitzø with his acts and had a double act with him like they did when they were kids. But as fizz grew more popular and in more of a demand, greed started to blind him to Blitzø. He started to feel more held back and weighed down by him rather than love him like he used to. I bet fizz started to use him/manipulate him into doing things for him. This would explain Blitzøs fear of rejection comes from and how he tends to push people away before they can leave him. I theorize that fizz got a major opportunity to audition for some big shot, that would catapult him into a larger spotlight. Blitzø was either included in this or begged to come along stating his usefulness. I think that fizz was so irritated by Blitzø at this point holding him back that he purposely sabotaged Blitzøs part in this audition and upstaged him. Now here’s where the theory can split off, either fizz and Blitzø had a major fight before the audition and both purposely tried to sabotage each other leading to the accident. Or Blitzø knew fizz was starting to resent him and use him and was purposely sabotaging his parts of the audition and lost it and did something that caused the huge accident that left them both hurt.

In the flashback it appears more likely that its red lighting given the fact that the exact same red on the side of his horns along with how if it wasn’t light his makeup would he awkwardly cut off and that its not the same color as his actual skin.

I think Fizzarolli got his limbs replaced on purpose because Asmodeus and Mammon convinced him that it would help his career which it did. And I think Fizzarolli is responsible for Blitzo's facial scar.

Fizzorolly was either extremely close to what combusted and exploded. Resulting in loss of limbs and other body parts or…
Blitzo could’ve panicked and or accidentally (or intentionally) shoved Fizzorolly into the source(s) of the explosion(s)
or Blitzo grew jealous because Fizzroly was getting more praise than him and intentionally caused an explosion
Again, this would make scents for Fizzorolly’s loss of limbs and damaged horns. Hell, this would even explain why Blitzo got more minimal damage (I.E. the scar on his face) and why Fizzorolly despises Blitzo so much

What I’m saying is Fizzorolly’s body took the brunt of the explosion (he was either quite close to the source or took the shock wave impact of the explosion at point blank range)
This would result in a possible full body burn, loss of his limbs and destroyed horns. Furthermore if Fizzorolly’s body did take the initial impact (acting like a shock absorber)
than Blitzo would be left with 3rd degree burns and or shrapnel burns (shrapnel is bits of white hot metal or super heated debris from the source of the explosion that fan out when said device or ammunition detonates)
And amongst all the carnage, Blitzo probably didn’t help. He probably bailed and left Fizzorolly for dead and or thought Fizzorolly WAS already dead. Again this is another reason why Fizzorolly has such animosity towards Blitzo

My theory since watching the newest episode is that when Stolas's father saw the mansion ransacked he knew it was blitz and his family that swindled them. So he got revenge on them but burning down the circus, thus burning Blitz and making those new scars, brining Fizz and making him need to have new limbs and body parts, and it could be why Barbie is gone and the family isn't a circus anymore.

Blitzo and fizz where doing an act then Fizz got all the attention after Blitzo walked out, someone walking past was holding a birthday cake that said “ Happy Birthday Fizz” it had candles on it with a green flame Blitzo accidentally pushed the cake out of there hands and the cakes candles lit the curtains on fire. Then they all tried to get out. In the Allstate scene it showed Blitzo holding his face and Fizz on the ground with his horns bunt and hit arms blacked

With modern Fizarolli being some kind of robot clown gigolo and Blitzo's dad being so willing to basically pimp out his own son for a play date with a noble. I wonder when Fizarolli got exposed to the sex trade. I don't know if the show will go there if it does maybe when Fizarolli is depicted as older, but it's Hell and it could make for an interesting backstory that part of the rift between Blitzo and Fizarolli is that Blitzo's dad let him get abused him in that way for money.

This will probably not happen, but I think there could be fizzourai redemption arc in season 2.In the trailer there is a scene that appears to be fizz and asmodeus being caught having a romantic moment. This could lead to fizz being discovered as a imp and having his fame and popularity stripped away from him cause him to become washed up and without ozzie. This could lead to him going back to bliz for help. Obvious bliz would still be angry at fizz after he embarrassed him in front of entire audience at ozzie's, but by the end of the episode they could both could leave on somewhat good terms. Probably won't happen but who know🤷♂️

I like to think that Blitzo did abandon Fizz in some way. Either abandoning him on stage in hopes of making it big by himself or while an incident is going on which lead to Fizz's augmentations. Fizz blamed him and agreed to go with Asmodeus when given the chance. Blitzo refuses to blame himself which drove him to see Fizz as a sellout instead of seeing where he went wrong in their relationship

Fun fact: fizzarolli has a normal red nose and the rest of his face/body white because during the explosion where he got his scars, he was wearing his clown nose and it shielded the explosion
I just hope to see the life of Blitzo and Fizzy before and after the accident, because there is alot going on and we need to fill the gaps.
I'm thinking the possibility exist for the situation to have played out like this:
Fizz brigs up the idea of using fire in their act,
Blitz doesn't think it's a good idea since if something goes wrong it could end badly but goes along with it because he likes Fizz,
The show works for a little but Fizz wants to take it to the next level, something that would really get them noticed,
Blitz doesn't want to but doesn't say anything because since fizz started using fire they got more popular,
During their big show blitz makes a mistake, maybe even just a small mistake, something that wouldn't have mattered that much if they weren't using fire,
This results is a disaster that leaves fizz in critical condition and fizz with his scars,
Fizz blames Blitz for what happened to him.
I doubt it will play out like that, for all I know blitz got jealous that fizz was more popular then him and tried using fire and everything went wrong.
My personal theory is that they went to a mammon concert for an audition n they ended up causing an accident, blitz left fizz behind and fizz was fixed by mammon for profit and given to asmodeus for that profit, thus fizz succeeded and blitz became jealous
To me it would make more sense why blitz looks so nervous going to an event with fizz
Well perhaps fizzarolli got into a fire mishap in a result in him getting robot limbs to replace his old burned ones
He could also just have sold his limbs willingly. Folks seem deadset on an accident happening at the same time as Blitz getting his scar. Can't hurt to think of other options with this stuff.
One thing about this that's gonna bug me unless SOMEONE says it-
Now that more episodes have come out we know that at 5:38-5:46 when CartoonUniverse says that the arm might be Fizz's robotic replacement we now know that it's Stolas's. I'm sure everyone has seen that episode so I'm not going to explain it- but the rest of the video brings up really good points, theories, and ideas👍
My theory is that when blitz and fizz were still buddies they went to loo loo land to audition for a part as we in episode 2 that they used to perform together even when they got older. I do think fizz lost his limbs in a fire because in the season 2 trailer we a girl holding a sign and her eyes got set on fire during a mammon concert. Maybe mammon was the cause of fizzaroli losing his limbs.
I would like to mention we possibly see Blitz s sister in the season 2 episode 1, as the Type rope walker performer we see brefley, or that’s what I see. Hence her name, Barbie Wire
I think the arms were robotic before the accident that gave Blitz the scar, but after that he got damaged all over his body, like William Afton when he put on the springbonnie suit too fast.
For my personal theory is that the incident happened during a solo act for Fizz. Fizz has gotten so popular that Blitz is little more then dead weight. Fizz is getting attention from fans, from Mammon, possibly leaving Blitz behind, and is overall better off. So Blitz decides to sabotage one of Fizz's acts, maybe not with the intention to hurt him but just embarrass him. It's one of Fizz's fire acts and thanks to Blitz, everything goes wrong. Blitz gets his scar and Fizz has to have the robotic enhancements
Something that could have happened is during blitzo's solo act he messed up causing something to go terribly wrong like a fire. It mentions in the episode truth seekers during his hallucination that he "tried to solo act, it didn't end so well"
I wonder where hell got such advanced technology to make Fizarolli limbs? Along with angelic weapons did hell steal heavens technology?

I'm willing to bet Blitzo's dad has something to do with Fizz's robotic limbs. Why is Blitzo himself being blamed for Fizzarroli's limb incident?

OMG I just realized something. The animatic scene of what could be Fizzaroli or Stolas putting a phone down and then a petal falls on it. If it's Stolas then it could explain the IV ,but I don't think it's him cuz my experience being in the hospital for seizures I've gotten IVs on my arm and they never wrap anything over around my arm cuz it needs the blood flow. They put tape on it to keep it safe. Now my guess it could be Fizzaroli cuz they probably put something in his robot arms to keep it functioning normally. That's my two theories. Anything with future technology can be possible in hell

That would explain why Biltzø has the scar. Also maybe because why Fizz had to get the robot limbs.

My Theory is that Fizarolli wouldn't have what he has if it was blitz's fault since he is in Fizarolli's shadow
I'm not really sure if the Hand with the IV-Line is Fizz. It could just as easily be Stolas which wouldn't surprise me as there's definitely going to be one assassination attempt this season which might seriously damage him. Would make for one hell (HA) of a climatic Finale perhaps.
Also, in the scene were Fizzarolli does the puke-gesture, his tongue also seems robotic given that it's striped. That could give more credit to the Idea that he removed his limbs on purpose, especially after becoming popular in the Lust Ring because... Well... Think of what such a tongue could do * wink wink *

Okay maybe the reason why reason why Blitz did not have the scar in the same time Robo Fizz was around, was because Real Fizz was already famous around when Robo Fizz was around, and for old time sakes Blitz and Fizz decided to do one last show, then the accident happened.
When blitz in clown make up. We still can't tell if he has at scar or not cuz that red is a red light highlight from the tent. You can tell with that blue/black line doesn't go all the way around and just cuts off. Also the red highlights on his horn and shoulders. So that scene gives us nothing.
I think they got in a massive fight not like a yelling, but like a knife fight 6:03
2:46 here's a crazy idea what if fizz gave blitz his scar as revenge for his missing limbs
I’m thinking maybe Fizzarolli and Asmodeus already hooked up/found him and made the robotic versions first, then used the same technology to save Fizzarolli when he lost his limbs.🤔 This way it can still have the limb loss happen when Blitz may have tried to reconnect with Fizzarolli/do a joint act and then the accident happened.
