Speaking of Chuck Norris jokes, this one needs a bit of context. Basically there used to be this beautiful long running comic book here in Italy called "Rat-Man" which is probably the funniest and deepest shit I've ever red. Anyhow, there's this parody of the expandables called "I Sacrificabili" where there's a guy called Chat Morris who is basically the embodiment of all Chuck facts around. Anyways, at a certain point they have to launch themselves from a plane but there's only one parachute left. Chat says to the protagonist "go on kid, I'll use this Umbrella", the protagonist jumps from the plane and then Chat goes "and besides it's not even raining" proceeds to throw away the Umbrella and jumps down from the plane like a fucking bomb. Just thinking about it makes me wanna read the whole thing again.

I think for the vampire idea - the bank is not a home so no need to be invited, but perhaps the vampires own various sized entities, so one owns a laundromat and suddenly cannot enter it anymore because some people down on their luck has started living in the basement?
