Singing in a choir such as Rock Choir can be so uplifting. If you feel a bit down in the mouth and maybe can't really be bothered doing anything much I'd highly recommend joining a choir. Singing with a choir has really helped me. Singing with friendly, like-minded people has re-energised me mentally and has re-booted my confidence and outlook on life. Take care.

I love this! The first time I heard this song was on Britain Has Talent were an 18 year old girl started a group of people who all had special needs wether physical or mental for her little brother. She taught her brother sign language to communicate. She opened this up to teach everyone there and all the people sang to make a great performance! It was beautiful ❣️ An amazing ( 18 yr. ) young woman!
