KAGAME APPOINTS DR. NGIRENTE AS NEW PRIME MINISTER

Rwanda has a new Prime Minister effective Wednesday August 30th 2017. World Bank senior advisor Dr. Ngirente EdouArd is the new Prime Minister. Ngirente Edouard took oath at the Parliament in a ceremony presided over by President Paul Kagame. Kagame thanked his outgoing Prime Minister Anastase Murekezi. “Thank you for all your hard work and all that you have contributed to move this country forward.” Meanwhile, Kagame announced the searing-in ceremony of the new cabinet will be Thursday at the parliamentary building in the capital Kigali.
