The saddest of all gta is gta vice city story. Louise died in GTA VCS and Vic died in GTA VC. Vic is not a criminal unlike the other gta protagonist. Vic is trained to be a military to give money to his family.

If you followed the story you will know why she leave Niko, not because she's a bad girl but because Niko proved her that he's not a reliable person even with himself since he decided to work for the person who betrayed him only because of money. While in the revenge ending he promise her that he will always take care of her inspite she was afraid to die in the future because of Niko's lifestyle but what's more sad is that she got convinced by what Niko told her but then she died right after accepting to be with Niko.

this is saddest deaths, not hardest life. his death was sad, but it was too short and really dumb because trevor could literally op special moves his way into killing franklin. same with michael, but michael's is sadder because its a bit longer, frank and mike were closer, and it actually shows michael's dead body after he falls.
