Considering the price, I think the ZD Toys Iron Man MK6 is much better and accurate to the movie when compared to the SHF version. They have nailed it with the cherry red, silver and gold!
There is a paint inaccuracy on the spine area of the armor. I believe this is technically the Iron-Man 2 version of the MK VI because that gold rectangle paint job is actually supposed to be a square for the avengers version. Also SHF comes with better accessories. I chose the SHF to buy over this one based off of the above criteria. LMFAO there is my “RANT” I might just buy this one too though…. 🤔
Mark 7 is already announced along with 42, they once showed prototype pictures of the mark 1 but there has been no uptade since, maybe that armor is giving them issues
The Mark 1 was announced!! There's the Mark 7 and Mark 42 that will come soon as well!! ZD toys even did the Mark 46, Mark 85 and the Hulkbuster Mark II with light up features as well! :D
I love these they are so cool Imagine them doing a mk 1 mk 50 mk 85 and/or doing other marvel characters with the amount of detail that the iron man figures have

It's really good ZD toys is finally getting the respect it deserves. Back when they were producing the Captain america civil war line their figures were labelled as bootlegs. Some of their figures may not be perfect, but their Iron Man figures are great. They're cheaper than Marvel Legends, Marvel Select, even the Sh figuarts.

If they are inline with the quality of these early Mark armours it could be promising. Just a word of advise. The Mark 85 that they make is NOT of the same quality or design of the Iron Man figures you have been reviewing. I have the 85 and their Endgame Thanos. Their early attempts, despite being licensed, are more inline with other unlicensed MIC figures. (Though not nearly as many QC issues)
I have Mark 2 - 6 and the Hall of Armor. Just waiting for Mark 7, which should be coming soon and Mark 1 which has not been shown or put up for pre-order yet. Articulation could be better, but I just wanted to put them in the Hall of Armor and they look awesome in there!

I received my mark IV the other day and let me just say: Awesome! It’s a smaller scale version of the Hot Toys figure. You would think that they took the Hot Toys version and shrunk it. It’s that good. Some may have questions regarding the articulation, but I don’t have a problem with it’s movements. And for the price, you can’t beat it. I paid a total of $48, including shipping. Though it came all the way from China (1 week), it was worth it. If this was in the hands of american distributors, guarantee you’ll pay close $80 to $90. I plan on getting the rest while they’re still relatively inexpensive as compared to Bandai, Mafex and the rest. Cheers!
I was a bit disappointed with the torso articulation, since it wasn’t going as far as the others, and i was considering just going for the mark 7 but then i remembered that you weren’t going as far as i probably could so thanks for that little disclaimer XD
How do they compare to the SHF line of Iron Men? I realize there is a huge pricepoint difference, but taking that into account, which do you think is the best bang for your 1/12 buck?
@@Sam-yl5tt agreed! The helmets looked off, same goes for the hands. I guess the articulation and accessories is the only things that are good about shf tbh. The Mark 85 however has a really good helmet sculpt tho!!
For the price these figures are pretty nice. Just wished you could get a better range of motion on the head articulation. The neck restricts the look up. But over all I like them.
Hi Justin, It’s so much fun looking at this figure line. Often figures of this size are nothing to talk about but the quality in this set ( of Mach) is wonderful and really satisfying. I know everyone has their favs, I liked the all silver one but TBH they are all great figures. You can see the progression of the suit as you go from one version to another and as far as I’m concerned these may be some of the best versions of the Mach suits I’ve ever seen. I think I have the deluxe version. Mine has a gold button on the back part where the gold line is. There is a little panel above that which you can remove to reveal the charging port for a micro-usb

I really can't tell which one I want because I really like the shininess and the price of the zd, but the accessories and the detail in the figuarts is also amazing
Unfortunately for me the shipping pushes these figures out of my range....maybe. Scale wise the Star Wars Black figures are shorter then most of the Marvel legends. Like half an inch maybe? Definitely a Marvel Select scale. Articulation I say a Marvel Legend figure wins this round........but that not true when it comes to Iron. Iron Man typically is the weakest at articulation. Some of the MCU stuff doesn't have a lower ab crunch/rotation. These figures are beating more Legends and Marvel Select with the ability to the pop the torso/legs up/down. Still at the base price, these things are doing a lot well.

I just check on Toy Wonderland and it said material used is plastic and only about 30 quid? Seem so cheap and assuming that it is all plastic figure. If there is a diecast skeleton or anything, I would get the whole line from ZD toys.

If you're based in Australia, the answer is obvious. Like many items even without shipping costs the price is already more expensive at Toy Wonderland than it is over at Sugo's. Once you include shipping on one item, the price ends up being almost double.

Most of the SHF iron men are bad and very overrated, besides the ones from last year and the new mark 6 that came out this month.
