What the Hal! Two Pride Mobility Go Go Scooters in For Repair and Diagnostics

One customer Hal has two scooters, first we have a Go-Go Sport three wheel with a broken motor connector pin which needs to be replaced among other things. Secondly we have a brand new Go-Go Elite Traveller with bad travel range, I have a sneaky suspicion what the problem might be.
