Ingredients :-
1 Cup Maida (ReFined Flours)
1/4 Cup Suji(Rava)
2 Tbsp. Black Pepper Powder
1 Tbsp. Roasted Jeera Powder
As Per Taste Salt
2 Tbsp. Ghee
½ Tbsp. Ghee
2 Tbsp. Maida
Process:-
Take A Pan Add 1 Cup Maida (ReFined Flours),1/4 Cup Suji(Rava). Add 2 Tbsp. Black Pepper Powder,
1 Tbsp. Roasted Jeera Powder, As Per Taste Salt & 2 Tbsp. Ghee & Mix Well All Ingredient.
Add Water Less Than Half A Cup.
Kneading medium tight Dough, add 1/2 tbsp. ghee & knead the dough again.
Dough Is A Ready & Rest For Half Hour.
After Half Hour Knead The Dough Again. Prepare A Medium Size Round Ball.
Take A Bowl Add 2 Tbsp. Maida, 2 Tbsp. Ghee & Mix Well All Ingredient.
Take A One Dough Ball & Roll The Roti Big & Thick.
Take One Maida Roti Apply The Maida & Ghee Paste all side.
Layer It With Another Rolled Maida Roti.
Again spread Maida & Ghee Paste.
Again Layer It with maida roti & Apply Maida & Ghee Paste.
Again 4th Layer & Same Process. 4 Layer Roti Is A Ready.
Roll The Layer Together Tightly.
Cut The Roll & Remove The 2 Sides, cut into 1/2 inch thickness.
Slightly Press. Roll The Puri Slightly Thick.
Once Oil Is Hot Fry The Puri in Slow Flame.
Once One Side Fried, Change The Another Side.
Your Crispy Puri Is A Ready.
