Im holding mine... got 14 + Mittlestadt after transfers. Wildcard SF.. .whatever then happens there 5 transfers for the final so can easily pick an 11 for that.

Anyone else confused by the almost nonexistent price changes? It almost seems like they couldn’t be bothered to do any of it lol. By now there should be so many changes to make things more interesting.
Players like Havertz and Gakpo should be at least 8m as the highest scoring forwards and so many other increases like Ruiz, Yamal, Williams, Gundogan, Wirtz, Güler, Simons, Kounde, Costa, Verbruggen etc
Agree, the price changes look it FPL wieth a 38 week season with price changes starting with only 4MDs to go they should have gone with 0.5m+ moves rather than 0.1m

Yep, they should have gone up/down by at least €.5m to have any effect on decision making. And just once in 4 match days! A complete after- thought on price changes.
Gundo and Guehi are the only ones that have gone up 0.1 I think. I personally think that Euros shouldn't have price changes at all, but rather balance their prices better. Fantasy manager is all about engagement for me, both in the game and in the actual matches. It makes me watch more football. In the euros, tinkering with the team between mathes to make subs and change captain makes up for the lack of price changes. Also, it's too short compared to FPL where players can massively change in price over the course of several weeks and months. In euros, to make up for that, they'd have to either have price changes every day or have them change by 0.5. And that's way too much in my opinion.
Euro fantasy has been great imo.
@@incogneeto5624 well I agree it’d honestly be better to not have any price changes if this is the effort they’d put into it, but I don’t see a problem with increasing prices by larger increments. Otherwise it’s just more boring selecting teams as there are so many cheap and affordable players which are pretty template, it’d make it so you have to think more about who you want to buy and more about budgeting.
Even if they just did it once after the group stage and completely redid every players price to a more reasonable cost, then as everyone is on wildcard at this stage they could just wipe everyone’s teams and it would ultimately be like a separate stage of the game, but where the player prices are far more accurate and there wouldn’t be the complicated matter of holding money in players.
Moved off of CR7 and Guehi to pick up a couple Netherlands assets. Saving last transfer until I see the lineups for Germany v Spain to confirm that my carryovers are all starting. If so, then getting off Costa for Maignan to get Portugal assets down from 3 to 2.
Basically the same general chip saving strategy as last round with Spain, England, and Netherlands being the teams that are doing the heavy lifting.
Having the WC for the final would be a huge advantage, because you'll see the lineups and can just pick up the cheapest available assets for your bench (from the entire player pool including eliminated teams) to maximize investment on the pitch.
Hi I'm debating between these two picks, M. Aebischer or R. Vargas? Aebischer seems more safe and he could get an assist but Vargas could score but he might be more volatile? Who would you recomend?
If you have got either of them, then stick with him. Vargas gets subbed off just after 60 mins and aebischer plays the full 90. Also, the goals seem to be spread out for SUI so this time maybe someone else will score for them. But aebischer is still a better pick as he's always there and there about. I was in the same dilemma last week but went with vargas as captain and he returned heavily.
Have both chips left, but also have 14 likely starters (one suspended)!

what if i have still WC and limitless?
If I use limitless after using my 3 transfers, what wil be happen to my squad? Going to R16 version or R16 version 2.0 (which is free transfers applied)?

I don’t think that late goal was turning point for England , nothing is gonna change in their game , they are as bad as Italy at this tournament and Switzerland should send them home…

Limitless first, then wildcard. Limitless reverts back to the original team once the round has finished.

how many scores you got in total tournament of your fantasy team until now?
how transfers works when I activate the chip? Can I make transfers, activate the chip and then after QF I go back to the ones that I bought today or to the R16 squad?
If you use Wildcard chip, your players will remain in the team for next match days
If you use limitless chip for QF, your RO16 team will be back for SF

Definitely. Use your limitless first because limitless reverts back to what your team was before the limitless chip was used. So you could end up with a lot of eliminated players from the quarters in the final. Does that make sense? Check the rules section in the game if unsure. It's honestly very clear and simple 😊

should i bring in fernandes over sané and should i bring in costa over maignan? I know they are playing France which will be a tuff game but im still not 100% sure.
I reckon keep both I think the France Portugal game will be low scoring and Portugal will be knocked out. Sane is a good pick and could pick up a goal contribution or two. Keep Maignan because even if Costa has a better game Maignan is more likely to get to the final.

@@SpeedySnippetsYT There is so much money atm limitless and wildcard would look pretty similar. The only difference is you can (presumably) use your WC for the semis so you can go for the players you think will score most points rather than trying to make sure you have a team for the Semis, so you don't need ot invest as heavily in NL as the team most likely to go through. If you have your limitless but no WC you have problems but might want to keep it for the final.
What would you. If you still had wildcard and limitless chips?

It’s probably not worth using at all at this stage to be honest. If you use it now then you’ll be going into the semi finals with your RO16 team and you won’t have enough transfers to make it work.
Probably the Semis and then hope your 5 transfers from your Quater final team is enough to have a good team for the final 👍
I would probably save it for the final. If you use it now you will have your current team +4 transfers to create a team for the semis which could if there is any chance of it working your current team doesn't need a chip. Using it in th Semis relies on gettign 6 of your QF team into the final (+5 subs) which is a big risk.
This shows the value of thinking ahead and studying the rules. If you used one chip in the group stage you really wanted to make sure it was the limitless.

@@carlmeade1667 you only need 11 players for the final as you can't really use the bench, so getting a team for the final with 5 transfers isn't a massive stretch tbf

Also how many transfers do you get i the final ?
You don't need more than your 3 free transfers looking at that.
Who scores is a lottery at this stage but use your free transfers to optimise as you see fit.
Use your Limitless next time, then Wildcard after that.

I think, don't quote me on it, that you get 5 transfers for the final. Also I reccomend at least someone from the England Switzerland game. Maybe Akanji, Bellingham or Vargas, unless you really dont think it's worth it.
Use your Limitless in the Semifinals at the latest for sure. Wildcard if you want to make 5 changes, if you predict 3 of these upcoming 4 QF matches correctly, your 5 FTs just before the final will cover any players who are eliminated from the tournament.
I would use your wildcard this gameweek because limitless has no use in the final. If you think Portugal beat France, your score should be excellent for MD 5 without having to use either wildcard or limitless. If Switzerland beat England 2-1 or 1-0 or 1-1 penalties, your limitless chip has been wasted as there are plenty of reasonable priced Swiss options for the SF.
If you do not use any chips for QF, consider removing these 3/4 players... Morata, Cancelo, Bernardo, Fernandes. Is it possible to do Kane + Bellingham + Williams + 3.9m defender? If you make those transfers you essentially have a wildcard team with 2 chips leftover.
@@sickemboy9352 Mate you should always use your Limitless before your Wildcard for that exact reason.
Limitless gives you the same upside as the Wildcard but reverts back to a squad two Matchdays out of date straight after.
If your predictions go wrong and you have used your Wildcard first, you have no "permanent" way of correcting the mess left.

@@croissantpower yeah my thoughts as well, leaning towards binning Ronaldo. But two of my SPA assets is Pedri & Normand.
@@kse7en496 the personally I’d definitely sell Pedri. Le Normand is a cheap starter and Ronaldo could definitely get a return but Pedri hasn’t done too much and has only played 60minutes once so I’d sell him along with Guehi and Sabitzer.
Depends on what you can afford but you could get in Aesbischer/Güler/Vargas, Dumfries and Simons potentially

If I told you that I’m going to have steak or chicken to eat tonight (a similar decision as who is going to win the match, one of them is going to win), then I told you that steak is massively underrated and is far better than chicken it would imply that I’m going to have steak tonight.

Who will be your captain first day and who the second?
For me probably Musiala then Gakpo, go for safe picks because you only get two chances.
What about captaincy? I am going for Musiala but Mbappe is playing the same day😢

Yesterday simons gave 2 assists but they added only 1? 🤔
One didnt count, for Malen because he ran from his own half, some wierd rule I dont agree with it.
Be careful with yellow cards too, particularly for the likes Bellingham and Mbappe who are on 1 yellow card, as they dont reset until after the QFs. This is particularly the case for those who are playing their wildcards in this round.
In a similar vane Bellingham's gesture in the Slovakia game is being reviewed, he could be banned from the QF and/or semi (though I fine is probably more likely). I am thinking of bringing Bellingham in but won't until the situation is resolved or the deadline approaches.

This game is ridiculous. Almost no price rises, ball recoveries for midfielders are counted very weird. Should have been way more. And now this Xavi assist bs. For such a big game it really is a shame. It seems way to random. For me at least.

Probably not worth it, Sane hasn’t done anything so far and probably won’t even start against Spain. I’d swap Gundo for a Spanish midfielder, although idk what the rest of your team is like
