Sculpting a Sparrow

Experimented with a few different technique with this art piece, mainly wiring and soldering on the mesh for the body. All in all I'm happy with the way this little bird turned out. :)

For this sculpture I used parts of spoons and fork handles, different pieces of mesh, ball bearings(for the eyes), and other random scrap metal. I used tig welding to attached everything together. And some wiring and soldering for attaching the more delicate mesh. It was certainly a fun art project to do.
