I agree, I did embroidery digitizing for 34 years and I loved everyday I did it, now I’m doing leather and I also love everyday I do it, thank God, nothing like loving your work, because then it’s not work.
Great video. What a timeless craftsman Jim is! Decades ago I used to skip school and take a bus downtown to Tandy Leather Co on the Blvd of the Allies in Pittsburgh. I learned to tool leather from some true leather artists that worked there from Ft. Worth. TX. Decades later just getting back into leather work again. I still have all of my original Tandy Craftools. etc. I feel so honored to have learned to tool leather from those Tandy employees.
