Just wondering whether assemble the minutes hand during the seconds hand is moving will affect its alignment... Anyway, good job for opening the door for affordable tourbies...
Thanks for asking and appreciation for the work we have done. The orientation of the minute hand depends on the hour hand. The second hand can later be adjusted to the minute hand using the crown. For the video he left the seconds moving, however in series production the watchmaker can unwind the main barrel to set it exactly.
Thanks for the question. Are you wondering how to dissemble the case or the movement? The case is quite easy as it involves simply unscrewing the case back ring to access the movement. After opening the case you can remove the crown and the movement will come out. Movement disassembly is an entirely different process. We have some videos on our channel that show the watchmakers building them up.
We always say to service a watch only when it needs it. Currently we do all servicing directly at our HQ in Biel however as our network grows we will have service options in various countries. Customers simply need to notify us and we arrange courier pickup which is fast and convenient.
