Nothing better than popping open a video and Danya saying “I don’t care about educational value, I’m playing a Stafford.” Damn girl! It’s about to go DOOOOOOWN!
I haven't watched much Naroditsky before, this seems like a real cool series. Not often you get free lessons from grandmasters. Good job showing up uninvited Robert.

At 9:47 is it not good to take with queen because after queen takes bishop takes the white bishop is under attack from the rook so the immediate threat of black bishop taking pawn is negated?
I put it in to the engine and bishop takes is better (think it was like -2.6 if bishop takes and -1.9 if queen takes) I forgot that after queen takes queen the white bishop can take instead of the rook so there is no apparent advantage and as Daniel said he can grab a free pawn
@@ssspe1 It is ok to struggle at some point. Somewhere is always the point you can't see everything. Sorry i didnt see that you answered your own comment! I had that video open since this morning =)

day 37 of saying you're the man danya. Absolutely IN LOVE with your amazing content. I love you branching out and seeing a pro like you try new things give me hope I might have winning chances. Thank you for the consistency and being the highlight of my night when you post.
Just a note about the title. The apostrophe is incorrect. Should be no apostrophe at all. People use this as a modern convention, but it's gramatically incorrect. The only cases to use the apostrophe are "It Is" or "It belongs to". This case is neither. Properly written "No Staffords", as in a plural reference. Same use as no cookies, rather than no cookie's. If what you meant was the singular "No Stafford", then again no apostrophe, let it be singular in that use.
Danya's favourite phrase has gone from "biting on granite" to "my favourite phrase: biting on granite"

Happy teacher day to you Daniel, your lessons have taught me a lot about chees and helped me improve my game.. thank you so much ❤️🙏🏻
Was also going to type that but realized that 5 September is teachers day only in India
But we can wish him, irrespective of where he lives... Ri8!

People refusing to play the Stafford every game and danya
still trying to force it with bc5 is hilarious
hahahaha poor danya, he is trying he's best
It's the danish problem all over again
Idk why people decline it when it's +1 or +2 and the refutation also isn't that hard to find

Managed to watch this on Twitch. Your educational content continues to be amazing. Thanks!
Hey Danya. I'd love to see a break down of your games from the recent tournament
As Dana mentioned at 25:20 Rxe2+ is the best move by Lc0.
The line goes like the following:
1. ..Rxe2+
2. Kxe2 d6
3. Ne3 Nc6
4. c3 Be6
5. Qf3 Qg6
6. h4 Re8
7. Kf1 f5
8. hxg5 hxg5
9. Nd5 f4
10. Bxf4 gxf4
11. Nxf4 Qg4
12. Qxg4+ Bxg4
13. f3 Rf8
14. b4 Bb6
15. Nd5 Be6
16. Nxb6 axb6
17. Kf2 Kg7
18. Rh4 Ne5
19. a4 Ra8
20. Rah1 Bf5
21. b5 Bc2
22. Ra1
In this position, Black is very much winning.
13:15 shots fired
I get so excited when new videos in this series drop
Wasn't bad at all (for education) and you have definitely earned it, to just have some fun, whenever and as much as you want Daniel. Thanks young sir.
I loved this game, it was all so peaceful and clear. Seems like the perfect rapid game to play after dinner.
Didn’t seem clear in the post Mortem. Daniel missed some tactical nuances
@@mikecantreed yeah, besides the critical move. But i think that having a tough move to calculate in a game is the desirable thing in rapid. Much more than an annoying endgame
A little early Mr. Naroditsky, how dare you not ruin my sleep schedule
Great explanation.. looking forward
It's 8am in Indonesia and Danya is uploading a new video, what a Sunday.
The Kasparov bishop trap was easier to see for me than the trap you had in this game, it's crazy that he missed it and lost because of that
Kinda hurt my feelings when he called 36 old lol
Thank you GM Danya
24:05 two rooks for a piece, good trade

You can recapture the queen with the bishop so the bishop is safe

best part of my day oh yeah yeah
I hope this never ends
all good things come to an end
damn daniel
24:07 getting two rooks for the piece?
At 2:38 why isnt bishop E3 correct in this position?
There is nothing wrong with it
After Be3, Danya can play Re8 to attack e4 - the defending moves Bd3, f3, and Qf3 all allow d5! and white is under a ton of pressure.
@@robertchung6154 It's even worse than that I think. Be3 cuts off the queen from the knight, thus dropping the knight : bxd4.
@@maxxie8058 it’s bishop e3 not d3
I have seen this speedrun game now 3 or 4 times and I always miss that g4 move that Danya saw while playing. Man am I bad!
7:36 what about knight takes f7
6:45 Danya loves a good pen sniff. Seen him rip a huff on a few vids
i love your video , it helped very much even when i get 2300 cc
At 5:30 is rook takes e4 not a fork?
the Knight is defending that square.
Danya will you make videos covering your matches at the Aimchess rapid?
Let’s go!

U haven’t even watched it yet

yay an NA time upload
Will you ever play french defense?

What is the story with Magnus and back rank treat?
Hi Daniel. Can you do a four knights game for one of your speed runs??
BOOOOORIIINGGG, but yeah i'd like to see that too.
I hope he goes for a 4 knights then plays a Halloween gambit
@@Amoeba_Podre i dont know if it would work well at the rating he's at now.
Hope we do get a Stafford Gambit lmao. Someone in stream should sacrifice and queue for a match when Danya does the speed run.
When did you get the star on your name and what does it mean? You didn’t have it in the beginning of your speed run.

"Which shows you can do it when your old" as a 34 year old, it breaks my heart a bit, danya 😅

Since when is 36 considered "old" lol
It is in this context.
In the world of competitive chess that's old. Even Daniel says he's old all the time although thats probably a stretch.
