its always been possible, its just that people kept getting dissonant, and rank is based off the amount of things that you did, not the echoes, modifiers doesnt change your rank

Last time I checked legendary bells do not give echoes, but that was a month ago so they could've shadow updated it into the game.

the problem of doing all the mods is you cant get a resonance which means you can truly never get 100% with all mods ( i could be wrong correct me if im wrong)

Can agree, very fun game (especially if you have friends to play it with.) Though it can be quite frustrating and daunting at the start since you know next to nothing and you will die to players and mobs a lot.
It is definitely a fun game that I have hundreds and hundreds of hours in, but the knowledge gap is pretty harsh. If you're just starting out, expect to die many times before hitting max.

well best method (in my opinion) is to farm trial with every modifier, then get Jetstriker oath and get rhythm murmur then wipe. You can disable fragile heart for a safer grind as well.

@@fogo1108 From 20 minutes I got around 60 echoes, I made sure to cook food on my way up to crypt and make an attribute flask in my guild base as well as deep shrine. Did that a few times, so maybe 300 echoes.

Some people forget that there is a legendary bell echo, and if you get that its an extra 30 echoes.
It was because a month or so again, I was sent a clip of a legendary bell user wiping and not getting echoes for it,
but by now they could’ve shadow updated it into the game, idk.

I don't get it. So the number doesn't matter it's dependant on the achievements you get? The one guy got 344 and still got A but the other guy got S with 140. Me no understand
he got 123 echoes with a 2.8 echoes multiplier from having every modifier active (2x mob damage taken, broken armor, etc)
123 * 2.8 = 344
(honchito could only get 123, he was missing 15 from bell and 2 from reroll at yun'shul)
meanwhile fabi3n got 140 echoes with a 1.0 multiplier, so just 140. He ended up getting bell and reroll for the leftover 17
it's rather dependant on the echoes earned than the total score from multipliers and what not

I want to make a guide for Deepwoken eventually but I will say this;
- Trial of One is best for quickly getting power 6+ and you can learn PvE really fast just by doing it over and over again. Think I did it 15+ times before beating it for the first time, but you can still watch a guide on it.
-Alternative is Lower Erisia but expect to be attacked by other players.
-Clear any PvE event you see. It gives event exp which helps you level up quicker.
-Notable areas are Erisia, Minityrisia/Crypt of the Unbroken, Songseeker and Hive but really as long as you play and learn the game you should eventually get to power 20.

It's not something new, S rank was in game with the echoes. They are not adding each rank now and then. I got S rank on a slot i wiped, with no multipliers cuz they werent a thing when i made that slot and i got 300+ echoes on it.

I wasn't the one who did it, but another youtuber named Honchito did every echoes achievement with all modifiers for a 2.8x multiplier and earned 123 echoes (excluding Bell + Yun'Shul for the 17 echoes)
123 x 2.8 = 344.4, but Deepwoken rounds it down.
