Things to point out since it looks like you haven't watched the previous episodes. 1. Purple had a father, Blue, but he left them. That's why you saw a glympse of Blue when King Orange was running towards Purple and hugged each other. They were seeing each other's missing family member. 2. The other Minecraft icon was from a certain Minecrafter named "Alexcrafter". He cameo'd in the Lush Caves episode. 3. Purple giving the crown to the pig is a Technoblade reference. RIP Technoblade. 4. The orange stick figure with the hollow head is named The Second Coming (or TSC for short).
God, I still get shivers when Herobrine Possessed Red and made the obsidian stick figure. That was such a good call back to the original Animation vs Minecraft and is a nice contrast. Herobrine was the original villain for them to defeat, and now is working alongside the main five to defeat a new threat.
Its sad he literally watched the last episodes before watching the first ones, so he doesn't get what actually happened and what is happening, they had lore in some episodes. That yellow one wasn't his friend, it was his son.

You see why he is doing what but purple is closest thing he had to his son and purples father left him and his mother after the mother told him to stop teaching purple to fight because it in envolved him getting hurt and his father left after that and king sees what he was doing now and by almost killing purple he was bassicly killing his own so he trys to save him and is sorry for everything Purple alos was a king of villagers once and did alot of bad things to try and make his father proud hopeing it would bring him back

Since the other episodes will explain to you WHAT is really happening. If you been watching the AVM series of camera, then I guess it's okay.
You Need to play minecraft or research about the piglins, warden, pillahers, ravagers minecraft is like a completely different game now piglins will attack unless you are wareing gold and zombie and now zombie piglins but there behaviour hasn't changed.... Expect they die in lava now
