  • The Hole-in-the-Rock trail is a 35 mile long, in and out multi-day trail, about 150 miles south of Moab. The trailhead is 13 miles east of Halls Crossing, the closest fuel. We made it on a single tank, but would suggest carrying extra. There are several dispersed camping sites along the trail. Taking our time, we spent about 10 hours driving each way and camped for one night at the turn around point.
We were fortunate to have Frenchy LaChance and Devon Parsons join us for this ride. Devon's wheeling expertise and Frenchy's historical knowledge helped make this trail one of my personal favorites.
