One has to wonder how many owners of US sports teams (in any sport in the US) or owners of non-US clubs that truly care about the sport. Or the players. Or the fans. Or the communities they are a part of?

America has so many sports to choose from which is probably why people don’t react in the same way. In the UK football is more than just a sport, it unites a family. I remember as a child watching matches on television with my mum and dad. I grew up living not far from the Man City ground and whenever they had a home match I could here the chanting from outside my house which was well over a mile away. It was the best sound ever, the air was full of excitement. Whenever the World Cup comes around it’s an emotional time!!

Jps you've only just scratched the surface with these vlogs. I'm a Leeds united fan for my sins & believe me there's comical happy & emotional clips mainly from youtube football channels I can empathise with most, laughing one minute to tears welling up the next.the fight & the passion. Something inside so strong.
The old fashioned way of picking your team, was it was your local.
You'd go to pretty much every home game and as many away games as possible. Now days a lot of people just support who is winning at the time. Glory hunters we call them.

When my son was born, he'd take him out in the pram with a flippin great big Man Utd rosette stuck on it, the baby was taught how to kick a football before he could barely walk 😂 Now my grandson a big Man Utd fan......mad crazy utd household, love it 😂😂

I notice that this video was very Arsenal centric. My team, Newcastle United have had, prior to the take over, ten YEARS of neglect from Mike Ashley and we suffered I can tell you. The difference is that as fans of Newcastle, we only ask that the team tries its best to compete. Yes, we whinge about the managers tactics, signings etc, just like other fans and how vociferous we are but we've never, to my knowledge, ranted as much as these people have.
Us Arsenal fans don't associate ourselves with AFTV, they just profited on the misery of others. Every fan base has an idiotic section in it, just our section manages to get onto the air waves in some shape or form and then others use them as our spokesperson when they aren't
I think it's as much to do with AFTV being one of the earliest to really get in on the fan channel thing as anything, a lot of it is pretty old & Arsenal being mismanaged at the time boosted the channel in a big way with rival fans. Safe to say it's much happier times for both teams nowadays at least!

Good Reaction, ...Next May,I enter my 8th decade and it's about passion for supporting the team from your "manor".A side(in most cases) that represents your Community so we care, deeply and passionately. Once I have taken the 30-minute drive home to The Outer London Suburbs,I resume my normal life but while I am at Millall, where I first attended over 60 years ago then I want them to win. Fans want to let off steam and can, HEAVILY, influence proceedings during a game(my team: Millwall went 59 games unbeaten at home in their old Stadium). No one believes on a Social Media video that they are influencing the Management though they might affect other fans and effect change that way, eventually.

Arsenal especially seem to have lots you tube channels., Spend any time at a match you will soon realise that the ground is full of potential, frustrated managers who know more than the actual manager, are always willing to share with anyone and everyone where they are going wrong. Also their is always one player who is normally responsible for everything that goes wrong..

You seem to have plenty to say even though you say you're not a football fan. Horses for courses. I remember the bad days of the 1970s & 80s football hooligans scary nightmares. Then late 1980s violence reduced because the fans started taking drugs before a game.

He never knows the content or location that a video is based unless he specifically chooses a video about Scotland, England etc and he's always had the Union flag up to effectively represent ALL the nations of the UK on all his videos since he received it in a box opening some time ago. He's never put up individual country flags for any videos whatever the content or location featured in the video he reacts to.

AFTV Arsenal Football TV show are not Arsenal fans, do not associate us real Gooners with that lot. They became so viral, everyone thinks we are all like that. They are a bunch of people who have criminals, who disregard people who disagree with them and who created a bad environment at the Emirates.
