How to choose fall crops + What NOT to sow in August

It's August and you want to plant a fall garden... So how do you choose your crops? And what should NOT be sown from seed in August?
I'll walk you though all the factors to consider when choosing fall crops. Some you might know about, but some maybe not. They are all things to keep in mind when choosing crops for a fall garden (or a garden at any time of year). And they might make all the difference of whether your fall garden succeeds or not.
Taking this information into account, I'll tell you what crops should NOT be sown from seed in August.
(Something to consider: everyone's gardens are different and in different regions, so this is not an exact list. But hey! With all the other info in this video, you'll be an expert and ready to figure it out yourself!)
