I think its great that you do things like this . life you gotta live it up better to get out and do things instead of just going to work then back home
Agreed! I found a great slogan from another TH-cam channel ( @BikerBitsAUS , th-cam.com/users/BikerBitsAUS ) several years ago: "Adventure before dementia!" That sums it up very nicely! I want to have these adventures and experiences while I'm young enough to enjoy them, and while my health affords me that luxury. Cheers! 👍 --QM
I had to wear 2 pairs of socks, thermal pants, Jean's, a tshirt, hoodie, riding jacket, and gloves under my fleece blanket and in my tent. And I was still freezing to death
Yep, we threw in the towel and headed home... the cold, wet weather really sucked. Taking the adventure and visiting with my buddies was well worth the trouble, though! Cheers! 👍 --QM
My Ryker has been a problem child, but it seems to be the exception rather than the rule. This video was back in November just after I had Broadway Powersports in Tyler, TX install a fresh set of front tires and a fresh laser alignment. Unfortunately, they COMPLETELY botched the alignment and set me for +2.5" of toe-OUT when it should have been -0.25" to -0.50" of toe-IN. My Ryker was like a drunken amusement park ride for about 2000 miles until I just recently had it re-aligned at a local shop. Don't let my experiences put you off of the Ryker... it's definitely a hoot to ride! I've ridden dozens of other Rykers that don't have the handling problem that mine has. They are all a little bit "twitchy", but that's just the nature of the reverse-trike platform. I'll get my Ryker sorted eventually... maybe replace the control arms and ball joints to see if that solves it. If I can get it to track straight, then I'll put another 100K on this beast! Cheers! 😉👍 --QM
Great content as always
Thanks again for the feedback! 👍 --QM
@@QuasiMotard Your like one of my favorite teachers of the Ryker, and I have been down since day one. So thank you.

That'll learn ya. Never go moto-camping in the fall without a backup plan! 🤣👍 --QM
