- This is Pneuma off of the Fear Inoculum album by Tool. This is an incredibly challanging song with many fills and odd time signatures. I mixed in my electric drum kit to get the tabla and roto tom sounds that Danny Carey plays in the middle part.

playing anything tool on the drums is absolutely outrageous especially because of their weird time signatures that they like to use. get this guy algorithmed!

I play bass and listen to this as my practice because drums are much clearer than original and stand out more. Amazing cover, Tool is hard.

Pneuma does and doesn't deserve more praise. Phenomenal song but tool fans don't want everyone to have this lol! They are they're own clique. This cover NEEDS more attention, this guy is unreal and hopefully this kind of video can introduce him to like minded individuals who would further his creativity!

This is definitely a great drum cover but its not really a difficult drum part some parts a bit tricky maybe but not really

Hey, you are AMAZING! I have seen Tool times, dates 2 drummers of which I wrote amazing drum solos for, true fact, now my man is a guitarist that tours with some of the best acts in the entire world. I know talent when I see it as I used to kinda "scout" talent ", kid- you HAVE to do something with this gift of yours. I play guitar and piano and sing, but this gift or yours- ESPECIALLY in the many different measures and time signatures that Danny Carey had because he is an absolute mathematician - it's next to impossible to play and you NEED to get signed it get enough followers and likes to petition to be a guest drummer for this song on a tour. No doubt. I know talent kid, and you have more of it in your right index finger than most of us will EVER have in our entire bodies. Don't stop. You are SIMPLY AMAZING.

All I can say is WOW! You nailed it. I recently discovered this song and the album. I assumed Danny's drum part was impossible to cover, but I was wrong! It's a relief to know it's actually possible to pull this off. Excellent set up, great camera positioning, and meticulous attention to detail, even matching the dynamics. Very well done. I bet even Danny would be impressed. Of note, it looks like you covered the studio version. The live Vic Firth video shows a hit hat accent (with bass) right before the guitar riff at the end, and another high hat double tap soon after. Would love another video of you playing along to that version. But I can't imagine the effort involved in making this excellent tribute. Thanks so much for posting this!
