Thanks for this review. Couple questions: (1) how would these work for the slower swing speed of 80? (2) how does the P-Series compare to the Stealth version of the DHY and UDI?
No problem thanks for watching! Glad you liked it 😁 this may be a good think to look at and see. I reckon the dhy could be good as it will launch higher, and I feel slower speeds that’s what will struggle with is getting the ball launched high enough.
I’m not sure but that’s 2 people who have asked so I’m going to try get one for a video 😁⛳️

What loft on each club were you using ? And rough distance for each model mate?
The 3 iron UDI is 20 degrees. I’ve actually put that in the bag now and it goes 250 with run I’d say 225 carry as ground was a bit firm and seemed to run.
The DHY was a 4 22 degree. I’d say that was around 210 carry mate. Too high for me but gunna try get my hands on a 2 in that
Will the P-UDI be more comparable to the former P-790 UDI or the stealth UDI?

I would say the UDI would be compared to the P790 one. Maybe slightly bigger, but the same sort of workability in the club. I never used the stealth one but I imagine that to be more about forgiveness

@@jimmywardgolfpro P-UDI nothing that a single digit hdcp and decent ball striker can’t handle? Did you use the stock UST shaft? How did you find that?
Yeah be fine with that mate! 😁👍🏻 yeah just the stock shaft in it. It was fine only thing I’d want the ball flight a bit lower. But I’ve only got the 4. So would maybe try a 2 or 3 for that

You should be gaming the DHY your hitting it so much better then UDI
I think I will be mate! If I do! I’ve got the hybrid at the minute in the bag. Will have to try them side by side I think 😁👍🏻⛳️
Will probably be a common theme among many players. They would be better off using the dhy, put will choose the udi because they prefer the look rather than choosing the one that works best. Even Trottie made that mistake at first, but just posted his new WITB today and switched to the dhy, cause he was clearly hitting it better, but originally made his decision on looks and the iron he thought he should use. It’s always best to be honest with yourself and play what performs best for you, not what you like best.
I deffo would use the DHY. I just know the reason id be using that club is because it would be a tight fairway to hit where driver doesn’t suit my eye. So I wouldn’t want any shape at all.
Like I said in the video I preferred the look of the UDI but the dhy was so much better for me, it’s like the rest of my clubs…. Forgiveness please! I don’t strike it that amazing 😅😅😅⛳️
@@jimmywardgolfpro shape does not matter when you hit it straight down the fairway I am actually surprised that you have not traded in your driver and tossed in the trash after that amazing performance with the DHY
