How to treat sample for acidified force degradation.

You reply force degradation with 1N HCl at 60°c if degradation is less than 5% then go with higher normality

I mean if I have diluent in my method is buffer and methanol. So should I replace altogether diluent with 0.1 NHCl and NaOH?

No you don't remove diluent firstly you add 10 ml 0.1 HCl for degradation after that add 10 ml naoh 0.1 then make up with your diluent

You mean 10 ml as defined standard amount for every product for degradation purpose? Or amount of HCl can be change?
