Isn't she lovely? She's definitely the perfect example of Empowered Woman/Girl/Teenager. She's way too far from being just a mere girl but a full grown woman, so matured that she can rule the world the way she does. The most amazing and stronger youngest pro skateboarder I've ever meet and known in my whole life. She’s incredible. I just don’t want her to have another bad accident. She cheated death once. She THE COOLEST KID in the world though. She’s going to keep inspiring millions of kids and even adults like me.
She definitely is gifted with something very special and I don't mean her skills in surfing or skating. Amazing human being. Her spirit and soul is beyond what can be described with words.

Wow this episode was incredible. Sky's accident was certainly a scary one and as a parent myself I can't imagine what her parents were going through at the time, for her to recover from that so fast was a sheer miracle. Such an inspirational young woman to everyone.
Sky was back on this ramp jumping over the gap for Tony Hawk's Vert Alert competition. Taking 1st in both women's vert and best trick.
When I seen the fall my heart stopped and I tried to catch her I even droped my phone

If Sky can medal in Paris in both skating and surfing that would be awesome! Had no idea this was the same little girl who I saw years back on her shared account with her brother Ocean called awsmkids. Kid has loads of talent!
The biggest challenge is going to be getting to both as Surfing is in Tahiti not Paris.

Maybe it's better to put some soft cushion between the gap for protection?
They have since put a deck over the top of the gap so you'd land on the top of the ramp rather than the bottom.

@@sulagreen5792 It's a good question, no idea but with the decking covering the top you can't fall onto the concrete. Sky was back at this ramp last week for a competition and was going over the gap to overcome her fear. She is skating in the finals this weekend.
Tony, put some freaking padding down on the gap between the concrete.

No, she wants to go and will try and make it happen but like the Olympics in 2020 things might not work out.
